The Butchery is een uitgekomen jongensdroom van mij (Bert-Jan Lantinga). Een slagerij waar the sky the limit is. Met de mooiste rassen en een 100% Dierenwelzijn garantie. Maar ook kant-en-klaar maaltijden, met liefde door onze slagers bereid.
The Butchery gaat verder waar je slager stopt. Runderrassen als Black Angus USA, Black Angus Premium Argentinie, Rubia Gallega, Aberdeen Angus Uruguay, Simmentaler en zelfs Kagoshima Wagyu. Varkensrassen als LIVAR, Iberico, Mangalitza en Duroc d'Olives. Superieure kip als Label Rouge en natuurlijk gehouden Polderhoen. Online weten de liefhebbers het allemaal te vinden. En daar geniet ik zo ontzettend van!
