Ordered a map of our small hometown. I was disappointed that the majority was just plain white indicating farmland. I was hoping for more detail of the town. Not many of the streets were even listed. Basically I received a white puzzle with an inch or two of a town.

Ordered a world map pinboard. Islands and text are cut off near the frame. Poor framing job, but support insists this is not a fault. Due to the large size, it needs to be returned via courier at my expense

entirely wrong puzzle sent. disappointing as i needed it as a gift.

The puzzle arrived as scheduled and appears to be intact. One issue...I wasn't able to actually see what the content of the front page of the publication I was ordering for this birthday gift puzzle unless I paid for a subscription to that newspaper...a bit frustrating.

Unique product, well implemented and made. Delivery in a reasonable time (UK to Canada). Happy with the puzzle.

It was a gift for a family m ember who thought it was a wonderful surprise.

Great map. One star deducted for not following instructions eg.delivery address was different from invoice address.

It’s very hard to read the streets and know where this is. It would be much better - especially in a city - to enlarge the scale. I will not give it to the intended recipients.

No notification of where it is.

who knew that ordering something online from the UK was easier and nicer than ordering from the Target store in town. And much better selection too!

There is no picture of the puzzle enclosed to guide you. Love the idea, but, for the price, you should be able to put a picture in the box.

The product was excellent. On line ordering was easy. Customer representative was a little abrupt. The order took longer than advertised.

Efficient delivery. Product has not yet been opened as it is a gift. Would happily order again. Unique variety of products. Many thanks!

Excellent service, puzzle is of very good quality.
A very unique and much appreciated anniversary gift. I really like that so many newspaper front pages are available for the puzzle and very quickly made and shipped.

Wow. Bought a heart shaped puzzle for Valentine’s Day for my wife with the location of our first date as the “heart of the puzzle”….

Puzzle was fun for recipients. Lots of updates on shipping. It does take longer coming from UK and time to get through customs. But it did show up on time.
