Amazing pastries! We love the convenience and my children can’t wait for Sunday mornings now. Such a treat.

Really let down. Firstly, the irritating subscription story. Just allow once offs and make the process easier. Also I had been given a voucher for a friend and it wouldn’t let me stack this with my first time discount. Seems silly to penalise someone’s first time discount just because they had been given a voucher where the company had been paid in full for the voucher. Then they left both the eggs I ordered out. For an order of 7 items that’s pretty poor and I would’ve picked up eggs yesterday or the day before but now it’s Saturday morning and I’m rushing out to go get eggs for breakfast. Then the way it was delivered, un-intuitively in front of the door instead of 30 cm to the right where no one on the street could see it. Use some initiative please. Then, and most frustratingly, and the reason I won’t be reordering, is the obscene amount of packaging used, especially for a company that talks about zero-waste on their website. Yes they’re talking about zero food waste but the underlying principle should be the same. There was 3x the amount of paper packaging needed, surrounded unnecessarily by an obscene amount of plastic (again, fine if you’re leaving it on an exposed porch in the rain and you can get your delivery drivers to cover on site), and then a single use foil to keep the dairy cold, surely not guys. The milkman back in the day did not leave a single use cooler box the whole time. Write some values down and sort it out.

At the start, their bread and pastries were extraordinary, clearly sourced from London’s best bakeries. Unfortunately, expansion seems to have come at the cost of quality. They are now sourcing from underwhelming suppliers like Notting Hill Bakery. You’d honestly get better value and taste at Gail’s or Waitrose. It’s a brilliant concept ruined by a "quantity over quality" business model.

Very very good bread that is far better than anything available in supermarkets and specialty stores - as far as I have been able to find even in West London. And add to that - excellent customer service

The quality and flavour of the food is amazing.

Lovely pastries, bread, yoghurt and eggs. The delivery is so quiet that even our dog doesn't hear the delivery being dropped off, so there is no fear of being woken early. Recommend.

On time, freshly baked, tastes great

Was great thanks, arrived early which was great, as kids are awake early!

Delicious variety of fresh breakfast pastries to wake up to on a Sunday morning. Other breakfast staples include apple juice (fresh and unprocessed), eggs, top quality sourdough, yoghurt and Monmouth coffee. It’s a little pricey but it saves you a schlep to the high street when all you want to do is lounge around in PJs and enjoy a special hotel-style breakfast at home.

Butter and Crust bagels are superb. Top notch. The sourdough probably is too but we managed to fluff our lines with last weekend's order so that's still to look forward to. The very early morning delivery might wake your dogs up. Customer service team responds very rapidly.

Great bread and pastries as well as other products. It our weekly treat, starting our weekend with leisurely breakfast of excellent quality delivered to our door.

Excellent customer service and I’m a big fan of the cinnamon raisin bagels and the cookies! I had to change my delivery to every other week to prevent myself from eating 6 per week (really, per 3 days). And love getting a different organic preserve each order!

Great company delivering lovely products while you snooze in on weekends. This is especially brilliant as I live in a croissant desert and do not want to trudge far on a cold morning in search of pastries! Customer service from Maria was excellent when I had a small issue with ordering.

Took a punt on the basis of an insta advert - what a treat it turned out to be! There when I opened my door at 8am, exactly where I had asked for it to be put (I live in an area with active porch pirates) Gorgeous bread and pastries. Delicious butter and smoked salmon. On the Saturdays we are at home, this is going to be a regular thing. Great customer service to my query - please please but cinnamon rolls on your regular list and you'll have us as weekly customers for life!

Great quality bread and pastries. I also love their eggs. Customer service have been very quick and efficient to help when there’s been a problem. My only little gripes are that sometimes the bags are packed with the pastries at the bottom and they get a bit squished, and also that the large paper delivery bags now come wrapped in plastic. But still 5/5. They are a young growing company and I’m excited to see how they develop.

Just a lovely treat to wake up to once a week.

Fresh, good quality food delivered in time for breakfast. The sourdough lasts very well.
