Disabled woman abused by member of staff
Went to butterfly world left Bud in the car for forty minutes and it's cool in the car and the windows are all open. Dog is absolutely fine but the way India who works there spoke to us laughing at us and slagging us off triggered my autism in public. Just had an autistic meltdown cause people are accusing us of animal cruelty and overstepping unprofessionally and abusively so we've left. Total humiliation and false allegations man. There's a way to talk to people so we've left and gone home. She was openly telling other people that we are abusive and they were all laughing at me but how dare she. He has water and we were almost done cause we were not going to leave him long but it doesn't matter. People don't care they only care to act high and mighty with a ganging up mentality.
Getting members of the public involved is wrong and if she had bothered to put her hand in the car where it's cooler than outside and in the shade she would have realised she was in the wrong.
I do not recommend going there. People have enough problems without a little Hitler overstepped with false allegations and involving the public to shame visitors for cruelty that doesn't exist.
We can't go there ever again because of her, it's the same when people don't understand disability which she clearly didn't as she was abusive and aggressive towards us with a hate campaign and bullying mentality.
They never think how badly they behave and how their abuse towards visitors is uncalled for.
There's a way to speak to people she wants firing and training with the RSPCA.
We disabled individuals never deserve abuse or bullying when we are brave enough to visit places, India!
If she actually cared about my dog instead of wanting to be a bully and publicly humiliate autistic and disabled visitors she'd have put her hand in the car and called the police. She should have called the police so they could confirm what we said. Disability is hard without people who pretend to be compassionate using their fake kindness to be abusive and a bully. I'm shook up still.
Mortified at how some adults behave.
Bullying and abuse is never okay when people are doing the right thing and leaving the premises!
