never sent my products!!!!! taken my money and are not responding anywhere

I purchased multiple products from Buttermilk from their closing down sale. I am not sure if the service level is indicative or relevant given that they are going out of business.

One item I received was a Missha mini bee pollen kit and completely different than advertised with 30ml of product against the advertised 110ml. I wrote in to customer support twice and they refunded the amount.

They also ran out of stock on 2 other items and I had to write to them to alert them of it to refund me.

Customer service is helpful and I promptly received all refunds.

Another last minute purchase successfully delivered at speed.
I love how easy it is to receive quality skincare at the touch of a button.

Amazing products and great value for money

I always seek out ethical and as natural as possible products. I keep re-ordering the PYUNKANG YUL facial moisturiser as it's so good and I sometimes gift it too.

Affordable yet luxurious items. My purchases were as described and arrived within two days of ordering. They were packaged well and it felt special when opening my parcel. They even dropped in some free face masks and samples. Some of their items were out of stock and has remained so for a while (like the missha sunscreen) but the other things I usually need are on there, for which I am very grateful!

I will definitely be using this website again, if their stock hasn't run out!

I had no information with my order so I had to request an update on the status of it. I finally canceled it and requested a refund.Once I contacted them, the service was quick and I got my money back

Speedy delivery, excellent customer service.

Poor communication. I ordered on 27th June but I didn't get any update as to what was happening with my order until I emailed them on 2nd July. That was the only time I knew that they cannot fulfill my order as some of the items were not available. I hope you will improve your service .
