We bought from Cannock branch last year. I found communication with them poor, when putting offers in they were not getting back to us to say if offer had been declined or accepted, I only found out if I chased. Once our offer was accepted, the advert stayed online, for sale for two months after. The advert was in the window of the shop up until a month before we moved in. We later discovered they had a special agreement with the seller that they would leave it live just incase they had a better offer. Disgraceful behaviour and very immoral. We’ve moved and happy now but I would encourage others to not deal with them.

Really impressed with Butters John Bee, in particular James Purvis- Turton whom came out to do a house valuation for us and was thorough and efficient. We were extremely happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend to other people.

Can’t believe this company they are supposed to be in the business of selling house but seem more interested in ticking boxes. It was obvious that he knew the local housing market and he was very professional and had a pleasant manner and gave excellent advice regarding the valuation.
