Fast and Easy!
Ordering was very easy. Great and quit large sortiment, easy to find what I was looking for.
Think it is absolutely super service that they let you know if you need to buy extra equipment in order to use a specific tool. Information about what exact part I need and price will come up, AND there is a link to it right away! Doesnt get any easier!
The ordering and payment was quickly done, not one thousand extra things to fill out or advertisements to avoid.
I knew by ordering that one product was not in stock, which was fine with me. I didnt need the products right away anyway, so I could wait. But still I received everything else a few days after ordering. And the last product I got I think a week or so later! SUPER!!
Products quality and color was as expected.
I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

First of all I would like to say thanks to all buttinete team. You've made very comfortable shop and have a mass of good products. I really happy with my purchase but I have some advices to make you customer service even better.
It would be great if you have shop translation in english. Also during my purchase I didn't find possibility to pay with Paypal. I think you have to think about Paypal button at the payment page. It will make transactions more smooth. And it would be great if in case of order preparation delay you notify a client by email or etc.
