If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. From visiting the showroom, to purchasing via the website and having my bed delivered - exemplary customer service to match an exceptional product.

I came across this company whilst looking for a wooden bed frame with a fabric headboard and found the perfect one. Lots of lovely colours and fabrics to choose from. Delivery time was exactly as mentioned and quicker than larger furniture stores. The bed was assembled by 2 friendly gentlemen who literally only took 15 minutes! The bed frame is solid wood and of excellent quality. It's really heavy which is a good sign and really beautiful finish. We couldn't be happier with the product and service.

Don't be put off by the 'discerning' pitch. The mattresses are actually well priced, well made and extremely comfortable. The posh boutique vibes of the showroom are a little off-putting but, ironically, Button & Sprung is down to earth and stress free. Highly recommended.

The showroom is great!! Easy follow up with the team by email, and great guys that did the delivery!

The website is so easy to use. We received our sample materials, chose our bed and placed the order. Great communication and delivery arranged to suit us. The delivery guys were polite and unpacked & assembled the bed and took all the packaging away. Recommended to us by our daughter and they didn’t disappoint. Would definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the bed we bought. It looks great and was delivered and assembled on time, quickly by two very nice men who even took their shoes off when entering the house

I would not recommend purchasing a mattress from Button and Sprung. About five years ago, I bought one of their mattresses, and roughly a year ago, it completely sank in. My partner now jokingly calls it a "taco," but the reality is that it's unusable and needs to be replaced.

Ironically, I’ve spent a significant amount of time in the U.S. over the past few years, so the mattress hasn’t even been used to its full capacity. Despite this, the store refused to address the issue, citing that it was a clearance item and only covered by a one-year warranty.

When I purchased the mattress, I specifically asked if clearance items differed in quality. I was assured they did not, but this experience suggests otherwise. If Button and Sprung truly stand behind the quality of their products, they should have addressed this issue. And if clearance items are potentially faulty, they shouldn’t be sold in the first place.

Their mattresses are marketed as "built to last" and backed by a 10-year warranty on full-priced items, so I expected better quality and customer support. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend purchasing a mattress here.

This is my second bed from Button and Sprung (I ordered a bed for my older child a year ago, and we liked it is much, we now ordered it for their younger sibling). We couldn't be more pleased. The quality is fantastic, service is prompt, and it's so nice to be able to order a small double with such useful drawers. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with our new bed! I searched for a long time for an ottoman bed in the right shape and material and Button and Sprung were the only company that I could find who were up to the standard. I think the prices of the beds are fair and also the delivery service was great with the guys putting the bed together quickly and leaving no mess.

We are relocating from a furnished home to larger property and needed a new bed but also with plenty storage. I found Button & Sprung online and visited their showroom which is deceptively large behind a small shop front among a row of terraced houses. The service was excellent and we were happy with the purchase of a king size divan that raised and offered plenty of storage. It was not the cheapest but the base was well built and worth the extra for a quality product.

After a lot of research, and nearly buying a simba mattress, I opted for the Galway mattress from Button & Sprung. My reasons for buying were mainly chemical free and fillings with natural products, sheep's wool and more, also the fact they are handmade. I have found the mattress very comfy, yes it's still early days I guess, but I would recommend this company to anyone. There is a 100 day sleep trial, so what's not to like. Loving my new mattress. Visited the London Showroom - brilliant staff, fantastic range of beds and mattresses to try out. Ordered our new bed and mattress - delivered last week - we love it! The mattress is like sleeping on a cloud - so unbelievably comfortable and supportive. What a great service Button and Sprung provide from start to finish and your fantastic delivery chaps definitely need a big thank you as well!

You can go as many times as you want, try different beds, check out the fabric, even catch a nap. The beds are amazing - great quality, robust and superb finish. Worth the premium.

I am really impressed with this company. We wanted a custom divan base made to match our custom headboard. We had to order fabric from a separate company delivered to Button and Sprung who then upholstered a super king base for us. I am very happy with our base, we were kept updated from start to finish and the company was very responsive. My only gripe would be I wish the wood used to make the base was better quality. However for the money it's not bad. Thanks Button and Sprung!

From start to finish I received a great service. From sending fabric swatches to helping me decide on the correct size bed for my awkwardly small room, we were able to come up with a bespoke solution and get four under bed drawers installed as well.
Very fast service too as the bed and bespoke size mattress arrived a few weeks sooner than anticipated. It looks beautifully made, sturdy and is practical too. Would highly recommend.

We found the whole process of ordering simple and straightforward. The staff were helpful and the delivery men very efficient in constructing the bed. We are delighted with our ottoman bed.

The bed is really nice but on the delivery day my decorator (working in a different room) took the delivery and they didn't offer to build the bed as promised, they just left it in the room still in the packaging. As a result I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for a few nights until I could get the tools and someone to help, and then also had to sort out the masses of packaging.

I enquired to find out what happened in case there was some miscommunication, but after promising to find the reason they didn't get back to me.

I like the bed but wouldn't use again for that reason.
