AVOID!!!!!!
Really wish I'd looked this one up.
Not fit for purpose and company hides conveniently behind health and safety guidelines.
I tried on items and found very quickly the advert was untrue and false.
Not a lady friendly company at all.

I was dismayed to find the medium bra did not fit. I emailed them and asked for a replacement with the large size. They contacted me and asked if I had tried it on which I did over a camisole. They told me that they could not take it back. I made it clear that I would buy more in future if the bra worked for me so they give me a discount code to order a free bra. It arrived today but have not tried it yet. I was worried after reading the reviews but their customer service was great in my case.
I am writing this review as I was successful in getting a refund from this company, and I thought that this information could help others.
1. It is correct that the T&C state (if you can understand them) that the bra cannot be refunded if it has been tried on.
2. I emailed the company and received replies from customer services.
3. I explained that I had worn the bra for less than one minute and that stating free returns when you sell bras and then do not let people try them on is unethical.
4. I also explained that the package containing the bra had not been sealed when it arrived. This was because the company will offer refunds for unopened packages.
5. I persisted with polite but firm emails saying that I expected a refund. At no point did the company say they would give me one, so I did risk £4.25 by sending it back.
6. Today I finally received my refund of the original amount spent.
I have ordered from them without reading T&C (silly me). The bra doesn't fit and they don't do returns for "health and safety" reasons. How one can know if a piece of clothing fits without trying it on? Wasted money. Avoid.
The bra sizing is so wrong.
Now they refuse to answer my messages and there is no phone number.
They “make you think” they are a French company but the goods come from China.
Don’t touch them with a barge pole.
I wouldn't buy from this company. The bra itself is very nice however the sizing is way out. No information for returns and when contacted said their legal team state you cannot return due to it being tried and therfore worn, using health and safety as an excuse. Therefore if it doesn't fit you have no way of getting your money back. Please don't waste your money.
Avoid at all cost. Unethical company. I bought one of their bras which didn't fit. The package came without any returns information. When I emailed them I was asked if I had tried on the bra, to which I replied yes. I was then told that their legal team had said that I wasn't able to return the bra and get a refund because I tried it on - and that was in the terms of service. This is clearly a way of scamming customers. The owner of the company is also a man - the website alludes to Buttono being set up by 2 women. Clearly a total sham.
I am told these guys taken over from Loovely and Fashion Safe. Same photos, same promises, same disgusting customer service. BEWARE
advertising makes misleading claims that underwired bras cause breast cancer. this is untrue.
also claim to donate 10% profits to 'League against breast care/ breast cancer league'. There is no such charity in the Uk that I can find or can find or can find on google in other countries.
they claim that the founders of the company were threatened by 'big bra' (whoever they are?!). they should go to the police f that is true not use it to imply some sort of conspiracy.
this is very similar to ads/ claims made by a succession of companies based in France who pop up and then disappear and then reappear called something else. all have terrible reviews.. e.g. Looverly Bra
there is a claim to have won 'best underwire free bra in 2019'. I can't find any reference to support this award exists and the ad does not say who made the award.
I always report these sorts of companies to Trust Pilot and they always report me and get the reviews taken down. I have screen shots to prove all of the above.
