Absolute thieves and scammers.
Wrong backdrops, wrongs sizes, terrible quality. No response to emails and hence no refund. What an absolute waste of time and money, don’t be fooled!!!

I ordered a photography backdrop. It arrived very late and was folded, not rolled, completely usable. The backdrop was also not the correct size. I contacted their Customer Service and sent photos of the measured backdrop to Bella clearly showing the item was not the correct size. They told me to mail it back - refusing to cover postage. Do not do business with them. Terrible product, terrible quality.

Ordered a backdrop really happy with it so pretty and very quick delivery will definitely be ordering more. 😀

Ordered backdrops, they came filthy and frayed, contacted customer service and was told to "bleach the white one and cut the fray off with knife". Bella is the only agent available to speak to and she doesn't offer any help or solutions. STAY CLEAR and save your money because they refuse to refund.

it's also worth mentioning that I ordered a custom size (which they allow and advertise on their site) and they weren't printed correctly, the image was printed too big for the size I selected so even if they didn't come dirty and frayed, they were still unusable.

Terrible company - avoid - they sent me the wrong size and the picture was all printed at the top with nothing at the bottom. It is not edged either so the effect is awful.

In addition, the product arrived 22 days later than the latest stated delivery date - too late for Christmas and they refuse to acknowledge anything - they have finally asked me to return it - to China - which will cost me more than a refund! Please avoid this company

Absolutely terrible just save your time lol

Ordered 2 backdrops on the 1st December - no delivery yet. Tried to contact them with great difficulty trying to use their web page chat (Chinese text no. English) no repLy from email sent 2 weeks ago asking for shipment details. Should have checked out earlier the reviews as they seem to be conning customers in failing to respond or acknowledge concerns of non delivery - WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN - NOW ATTEMPTING A REFUND FROM PAYPAL.

Bought some backdrops and the seller has completely vanished. No contact from them what so ever. Items never arrived and their live chat is always disabled. I now got to try and get my money back from PayPal.

Terrible company! Worst experience. I have been waiting for over 3 and a half months for my order. Tracking is just showing as ‘returned’ over and over again in Shanghai! Company does not seem legit, communication is terrible. Do not purchase from them!!

Backdrop arrived folded (not rolled). There are horizontal creases the full width of the backdrop in several places. These creases have not dropped out despite hanging the screen for several days and therefore it is unusable for our project. Advised by Bella at sales03 at buy-backdrop dot com that 'we will not pay for postage for return if no quality problem'. Absolute conned here. Please avoid my error and save your money. I was a bit worried after I read the reviews but got my backdrop within 10 days ( Europe) and the quality is amazing , very detailed and the colours are very saturated , absolutely beautiful!!!

Took over two months to deliver but the backdrop is so bad I cannot possibly use it. It is such a low resolution image and the wood panels have been blown up so that the width of each panel is almost 2 feet wide. I cannot place any products on this for photography as the scale is completely wrong and the resolution of the print is hideous. I'm annoyed that I wasted money on this, but I'm even more annoyed that acter two months, I'm in a worse position than where I started.

BEWARE! I really don't understand the positive reviews and can only assume they are fake. This product arrived FOLDED with deep wrinkles and the quality of the image is TERRIBLE (looks NOTHING like the photo). Their "customer service" said I could lay-flat or roll the product and the wrinkles would disappear. Nope. If you are a professional, this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The return shipping is $60 because this company ships / returns to CHINA so there are huge fees if you have any issues. Buy-Backdrops no longer replies to my emails regarding my issues with their products. Stick to something local with a good reputation. This was a huge mistake.

Had a great experience the quality was OK for what we wanted ordered 3 to cover an outside under cover area that we close in in the winter. It has bought a bit of the Mediterranean to our somewhat winter evenings

If only negative numbers were an option.
I went against my better judgement and ordered something from this company...it was a grave mistake.
I paid extra for quick(er) delivery, it was a grave mistake.
After the expected time for delivery elapsed, I tried to contact the company, and received no answer, I tried again and was told that the item had shipped, and was given a tracking number.
The tracking number came up with an "issue" and it stated that it had not only not left the country, but was generated the day I made my complaint.
I asked for my money back, but was told that the item had shipped, so that is impossible.
I have yet to get the product I ordered in good faith and feel as though my money has been stolen by unethical thieves.
Stay as far away from these unprofessional persons as you can, you will lose your money and be taken for a ride.

Crap quality, arrived too late for the photoshoot, pretending to be based in the USA but they are in China. The customer service team are HORRIFIC. Avoid as they are scam artists.

Took almost a month to arrive, but given the situation with covid, I expected that. Beautiful back drop, exactly as pictured and great price.

Very happy with this purchase, I ordered from another website that sent the wrong item and am still trying to get my money back for that.

Then I found Buy Backdrops and read the reviews first this time. I was a little concerned at some of the reviews, but there were also some very good ones, so I took the risk. I am not saying that other people have not had a bad experience, but I am 100% happy with mine, so I feel that they deserve a good review.

I have already ordered two more for my Winter Wonderland Christmas decorations.

Delighted with my Christmas backdrop, arrived quicker than I thought, little bit darker than it looked on line but otherwise perfect...
