Ordered 2 pairs of 501's. 5 days after I placed the order and money had been taken they email me saying they do not have the stock and would not be able to send anything for a month! I immediately emailed back. No response. Email again. No response. In fact I sent 12 emails (one per day) and still not the slightest attempt to explain the situation. I called and no-one answered. Awful company - do not be seduced by the cheap price. They are a cheap company!! Never again.

When the jeans were ordered there was nothing to suggest there would be a delay. A few days later I got an email to say there would be a "slight delay" and they were due in "any day now". 2 weeks later after hearing nothing I get in contact and they tell me they won't be in for another 2 weeks, over a month after the original order. When I phoned to complain and cancel the order they were obviously used to it it sounded like water off a ducks back.
It's lucky they're cheap!

bought two pairs of black 501 jeans paid for them on the 1st October 14 on the next day they said they don't have the jeans until the week ending 13th still didn't get the jeans that week they finally arrived on the 24th and they are totally fake made in china avoid this company like the plague

I have over the past 2 years or so bought jeans from these people but, as with others on here, eventually, I bought jeans only to be told that they were on "out of stock".
Tried to contact them several times, no joy.
Contacted my bank (even though it was a debit card transaction, not credit card) filled in a disclaimer and then received a refund (via bank, no response from buy-jeans).
Now they are bombarding me with e mails disguised as other things at the rate of at least 2 per day. Just keep adding them to blocked senders list !!
Don't wait for them to respond just get your money back and go to Amazon.
Plenty of good companies on there with compatible prices.

I ordered my jeans a week ago, and heard nothing. Payment left my account on the day of ordering, I might add.

So today I called, and the phone rang for a long time. Eventually someone picked it up, and put it straight down again without talking. I called back, and this time they played music down the line, even though I could hear the handset being moved about. Finally I got through to a very rude and sullen woman, who denied all knowledge of my previous two calls only minutes earlier.

She told me the jeans would be up to 12 working days (although looking at other reviews on here, I suspect they'd be longer). So because of that and her extremely poor customer service, I cancelled my order. If I don't see my refund soon, I'll be on to trading standards.

In short, avoid this lot at all costs - they're bloody awful.

Placed my order and took my money without no hesitation, then no follow-up email bar checking your order via the site advising you the items were never in stock in the first place. Order was placed well over a month ago with no updates etc Never reply to your order queries via email but managed to speak to a very rude woman who wasn' t very helpful at all on the phone when they eventually answered. AVOID!!! MONEY GRABBING THIEFS!!

I bought 2 pairs of trousers in July. They were due to be delivered on the 1st week of August. I received an email saying they would then be delivered after the 24th of August. Since then I have heard nothing. They did pick up my phone calls or answer my emails.

IM REPORTING THESE TO THE POLICE BECAUSE THEYVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND 5 WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PRODUCT THAT WAS 'IN STOCK'

THEY DONT ANSWER PHONES OR EMAILS. JOKE!!

I ordered 2 pairs of levis as they were a really good price,it took a month to receive the first and 4 months to receive a refund for the second pair after I contacted trading standards.Absolutely terrible company they are very friendly on the phone if they answer but don't be fooled they are full of s**t do not use this company!

Do not buy from this company!

They have a flashy website with no negative reviews only good.
Thats because they control the content... are they going to put the bad reviews up on their site .... i dont think so.

For me the bells started to ring two days after i placed my order and still no response from them to acknowledge receipt of my order.
5 emails to them and still no reply.

Jeans not in stock. 20 Days and still no refund!!!!

Paid for three pairs of jeans via a sales promotion email, several days later I receive an email stating that they do not have them in stock until the end of the following month, around six weeks away (why send out a sales email then? They kept sending this email for weeks after my order too). So they give me the option of a refund which I take, except they do not issue a refund. They initially ignored my emails regarding this and they NEVER answer their phones. When they did finally respond to my emails it was empty apologies and promises to sort out my refund but they never did. I have now issued a chargeback via my bank and I've reported them to Trading Standards.

Seriously avoid this disgusting, unethical company, they have not one shred of integrity or honesty about them, they're just nasty thieves. AVOID.

Failed to inform me the product was not in stock - when I phoned quoted over a month for a delivery - I hope they give me my money back.

Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

Ordered jeans from this company 1 year ago, Despite their website stating my size in stock and taking my money I was advised a few days later that they were out of stock but would have some more in soon. So I decided to wait but dates came and went so I finally gave up after waiting nearly two months.
Silly me went and ordered from them again a few days ago and guess what.... they took my money and then was informed they were out of stock. Not waiting two months this time and have asked for my money back. It will be interesting to see how long they take to refund.

Awful, terrible company to deal with. I ordered my jeans on the 24th April and they happily accepted my order and money. I received no emails to say the item was out of stock or of any delay so I waited and waited! Today is the 9th June. I managed to contact this 'company' and cancel the order for a refund which they say, was processed on the 4th June. No money in my account and no goods. No reply to my emails and no answer on the phone. Looks like I've been had!!!

I've used Buy-jeans a couple of times now. I first found them when I searched for wrangler jeans on a search engine and up popped "buy-jeans"! Had I not done this I'm worried I'd have not found them which is why I've decided to review them: they are absolutely brilliant! The value is second to none and the item is sent well packed and with no complications. On the one occasion where I needed to exchange a pair of jeans, this was done with no problem at all. You phone thru and speak to a person in their customer service department and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant.

Thank you Buy-jeans, it's fair to say I won't ever go any where else for my jeans!

Ordered a pair of Levi 501's, delivered within a few days with no fuss and problems at all. Exactly what I expect from an online retailer. Plus it was the cheapest UK online price I could find.

Despite a website glowing with reviews, helpful email addresses and phone numbers, this company made no response whatsoever during the ten weeks I waited for my jeans. Like many people I had given up and assumed I had been conned out of fifty pounds. Suprisingly, the company does actually exist as a jeans supplier - but it's one you should not use under any circumstances.

Ordering process was straightforward. Jeans arrived as ordered within reasonable time. Very pleased with branded jeans at a great price and have used Buy Jeans for some years now with no hitches.

Have been using buy-jeans for a number of years now and have always had good service. Great quality product and at a fraction of the normal price. Speed of delivery a little slower than some, but well worth the extra day or so with the savings made.

Will carry on using buy-jeans for my purchases.
