Scammer scammer scammer huge scam stayyyyyy awayyyy got medication they never delivered it’s been a year I’ve been emailing them to send me medication they lied to me telling me they’re sending it and never did tooo £90 from me I sent bank statement and they denied it

The guys are simply working great . At first I doubted it , but later the result amazed me . I received my package unexpectedly and was glad .Thank you .

I placed an order but got no order confirmation and no answers to my inquiries. I thought i was scammed but in a week I found email with tracking info in my spam folder. I got my item in a few weeks in good condition. If you need something not available around I recommend to buy from this store. But it's overseas and takes time and patience. But I do hope they will improve CS.

Many thanks to Buy Pharm Company, we had some delay in the shipping to the U.S. but when I contacted them, they always responded and we were finally able to get my order delivered.

Unfortunately, the order hasn't been updated/shipped for four days. To give a little context, I placed my order using PayPal on February 10th, on the same day I sent an email confirming my purchase with no response back. I at least expected a response 3 days after considering the highlight on top of the website saying " Ship within 1-3 days! " but nope. Honestly, the customer service seems nonexistent, disappointed considering it had many decent reviews: /

I ordered an amazing Russian medication from this online pharmacy. Couldn’t find anything close to this one in Canada. Фильтрум-СТИ works wonders in case of a stomach flu, or a food poisoning, or even a hangover. I was not sure about the reliability of this company, but my experience exceeded all my expectation. I paid with PayPal, the pills were shipped fast and delivered safely to Canada. Also, online communication was reassuring and supportive. I will definitely order from them in the future.

The product I ordered arrived safely at my home.
However, it took over a month from ordering to delivery.
I hope this will be improved.

I’ve been purchasing from Buy-Pharm Company for several years (less expensive without insurance than in the USA with medical insurance $368/$155) and have received excellent service consistently. One of the few transactions in this world that have changed little and always for the better. All personel have been gracious and helpful.

i have to Update my experience,

I thought they scammed because they took Long to answer and i panicked a Bit.

But now three days later they send me a Email with shipment confirmed and answered every question. Maybe they Just have Lot of Orders but they are helpful and friendly - it Just Takes some time.

Ordering was as easy as possible, my purchase shipped in a timely fashion. And I would have gotten my purchase within a week if it hadnt gone through the New York hub. Overall I'm planning on placing another order.

Got my Androcur in 1-2 weeks. Turned out to be Russian version (ciproteron teva), which works just fine.

My order was shipped within 12 hours of me placing my order which is fantastic customer service in my opinion and is always the case with Buy Pharma. It’s just a shame that the order took 6 days to arrive!
However, this won’t put me off ordering my vitamin D3 again as this is our ‘go to’ during the winter months and I believe the quality is excellent.
