Buy-Targeted-Views is a scam money website that does not deliver what they tell you they will. Also youtube usually removes any traffic coming from the website, in addition they are not targeted. There support will only talk to you before your purchase, and if you have a problem they will ignore you and just keep your money. Try somewhere else.

Bought 5,000 views for my tech vlog and they were late to come. Not to mention all of the views were, how surprisingly, fake.
I sent a couple of emails about it asking for refund or some compensation, guess what, no response.
