Initially got prompt answers.Realized it was a scam,because I signed up for La Roche products,not buy4holidays.Money was deducted from bank account alredy,now struggling to be refunded.

Hi to all this is my review of buy4holidays.com and what I think of this crooks.
(some reviews this crooks write themselves to make them look good)
In 2024 this crooks placed a promotion on the net that if I pay x amount and will get a box from Makro of items that's over in there store, with that I payed the amount a few days later this crooks sent me a mail and diducted money from my account, this crooks stole my banking details from that Makro purchase I made and signed me up for one of there bullshit things. With a battle I managed to cancel the debit order.
It's now 31.01.2026 and I have been promised my refund that I am still waiting for.
They also were and still are blackmailing me to remove my review then they will refund me imidiatly what is a bull story, they have been telling me this anout 21 times [I will post the lies below)
Now in 2026 I did be let my original review and still I got no refund and they egnoring me now.
SO TAKE NOTE I AM WARNING URS ABOUT THIS CROOK COMPANY AND THERE STAFF.

Not a company I would want to deal with again after you cancel they still take money from your account and then say they dont do refunds ,my advice dont go near them .
IN MY OPINION THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY
In my opinion this is a scam company. Having entered a totally different web site, I was duped into spending £2 which turned out to be my initial membership fee for buy4holidays! Realising I had been conned, tried to cancel but could not do this and then received an email advising my monthly membership would be £60+. As I could not cancel the membership I froze relevant debit card used for £2 payment and contacted my bank who advised safest action was to cancel this card which I have done (two weeks before Xmas!). Sent a complaining email to the company explaining I had cancelled the account and received apologetic reply saying they would refund my £2 .....if I supplied new bank details! Aye right! In theory the membership fees can be used as credits for their products if you wanted to buy anything from their catalogue. I have eventually had my subscription and membership cancelled and have received three emails asking me to go on Trustpilot to explain how wonderful their customer service was....SO HERE IS MY REVIEW!
PS dummy web site I fell for was supposedly Costa Coffee - it is nothing to do with them!
I have been asked to remove this review yet if you look at lots of other reviews they share the same experience. Many people are having continuous subscriptions taken from their account so I'm not alone.
