Buy ABS Locks Reviews

Great price, great quality and quick delivery.

Top quality product , I feel really secure with this lock. Good service and competitive price. 100% Satisfaction.

Ordered in good time for next day delivery. Wasn't shipped as expected 'as they were busy?!'. Wasn't proactively informed of the delay and had to chase via live chat and phone. Massively affected a time sensitive lock change so had to cancel and use a high street supplier of alternative brand. Shame as was keen to use an ABS cylinder. Only upside is refund was reasonably pain free.

NB. Thanks for the reply although I don't remember seeing anything about a shipping delay at point of checkout. This would seem the most important place to flag this! Happy to be corrected it I'm wrong here but if I missed this I'm sure others have and will. I would also now like to quote Melanie who stated the following in an email reply to me when initially querying. "We apologise that the order was not sent yesterday due to a large workload in our warehouse department". No mention of custom order in her reply and suggests even if it was a standard order you would have missed the shipping cut off. Hope your able to improve your checkout process with this feedback. Review stands at 1*.

Friendly, helpful advice with excellent support from Joel. I had to change my order of cylinders (twice!) and replacements to match the keys I already had were with me in 24 hours. Highly recommended.

I had a new lock coded according to the coding of a previous purchase.
Entered the details on-line and received the new lock promptly. It works perfectly, and I am a happy bunny.

Excellent service competitive prices very good products easy to install gives one confidence and security.

Very very helpful service could not get any better

Followed the guides online to work out what I needed and how to remove/fit the cylinder locks then ordered them. Received the locks promptly and they installed very easily.

High quality locks. Fast service. Thank you and definitely I will purchase again another locks for my house.

Very fast assembly and delivery of a suite of locks

The customer service team answered all my questions, they were very knowledgeable. The price of the locks I purchased were well worth the investment. It will give me great peace of mind given that snapping of locks is so easy and in on the rise.

As a retired member of the armed forced I appreciate the need for good security and I was also offered a discount due to my provable service.

I highly recommend ABS Locks

Again I end up making more comments about Trust Pilot than the company I'm buying from.
The bottom line is, I ordered something, what I'd ordered was delivered, end of.
Does this rate five stars, it's questionable? This is what I would call service 'as usual', so how does it rate the highest rating that Trust Pilot gives?
The only way to really rate a company is to see what they do when something goes wrong; as it didn't, the 5 star rating isn't really relevant.
OK ABS Locks; same s**t as usual Trust Pilot!

The website made it clear which ones I needed to buy especially with their short videos showing how to fit and measure.
Fitted both this morning in 10 minutes - I’m a complete novice and even I could do it.

Always a good service very efficient on my orders
Thankyou
