I've been using BuyandShip for more than five years, and it has consistently been my preferred international shipping service. Extremely reliable service
Long-time user of BuyAndShip service, they have been consistent so far with zero issues from their end.
The only honest downside I can think of is that they can take a bit of time, but if time is not an issue, they are always reliable in my opinion. I feel like not many people leave positive reviews about BnS enough, so I may as well contribute this to provide some levels of reassurance.

I used BuyandShip's buying service to purchase two Philips Hue lights from Amazon UK. Each light is supposed to weigh around 2 kg in its original packaging.

After BuyandShip purchased and consolidated my parcels, I noticed something odd. One package was recorded at around 2 kg, while the other weighed only 900 g. I thought it seemed suspicious but decided not to raise it at the time.

When the shipment finally arrived, my concerns were confirmed. One box contained the light as expected. The other had clearly been resealed and contained nothing except cardboard packaging. The actual product was completely missing.

This means I not only lost an expensive Philips Hue light, but I also paid international shipping fees for an empty box.

This is not a case of an item simply being omitted from the shipment or lost in transit. An empty box was sealed and delivered all the way to me. Somewhere along the logistics chain, something went seriously wrong, and the fact that the package weight was already significantly lower before it reached me makes the whole situation even more concerning.

I have provided photos and an unboxing video to support my claim and hope BuyandShip conducts a thorough investigation. Until then, I cannot recommend using their buying service for expensive items, as this experience has completely undermined my confidence in their handling process.

Timely updates and parcel delivery.

Bought 4 lights that came in 4 separate parcels. 2 delivered. 2 stuck without any information to me. Until I questioned, customer service told me the item declaration was having issues. But all 4 lights were declared the same way! And why no information until I questioned? And customer service was extremely unresponsive! Until now still cannot give me an estimate of the delivery.

Great shopping and easy to track for all items shipped

It is very hard to get any reasonable updates. They are selective to which messages they would respond to. Only 3 out of 10 messages on average gets a response.

It feels like there is only a handful of people working for the entire company. They do not seem to have control over their overseas warehouse. Something as simple as asking the warehouse a question can take weeks to confirm. My guess is their warehouse is just some outsourcing service that they have engaged.

My package was marked delivered and I had to point it out to them. But they seem unable to locate it. It took over a month for them to confirm that they don’t have it. My money was eventually refunded.

Any company that wishes to operate a similar business model can easily defeat this one.
