Birthday gift went horrible
I ordered flowers and candle for my mother’s birthday while I’m overseas in US, selected the 6pm-10pm delivery window. The smart driver delivered the package to another house (no idea how can you mistake the house and not even call the contact number to verify), I found out that the order was misplaced and contacted the company again so they tried reaching out to the driver but couldn’t get in touch with him apparently because they had a “system glitch” according to their customer support. They organized another package but it wasn’t delivered until 12:30 after midnight !!! My mother’s birthday and surprise was completely ruined because of this company’s unprofessional staff and lack of coordination. A very special day ruined due to their horrible service. I requested a full refund, they said they let the team know and will get back to me in the next morning, the day came and then said they’re waiting for the manager to come at 11 am (Mr Veneet), then they said they’re going to refund the delivery fee 49 AED, or if I wanted the full refund I had to return the gift intact, they had the audacity to ask for the birthday gift to be returned but apparently neither this manager nor the company has the culture of customer service or satisfaction, they made a huge mistake and didn’t even own it properly. My advice to everyone who is looking for a gift to someone, GO ELSEWHERE, and save yourself the struggle.
