Placed an order Saturday evening, after clicking confirm the page went blank and said something about access denied. Checked my bank and they'd taken the payment so I thought a confirmation email will be sent shortly. But it wasnt, so I emailed regarding it and had no response either. Then I checked on here and thought - great, ive been scammed here! But surprisingly it turned up today, within the time frame stated but I didn't even think the order had been processed! Strange customer service!

I’ve had a really positive experience - certificate came through 2 days after ordering. My niece is going to love it - it just needs to be framed and it’s a perfect gift. I was skeptical after reading all the reviews but I’ve had 0 issues I’m happy with what’s been sent and the speed at which it came.

AVOID AVOID AVOID They had a fault in the website. Said non responsive- reload on the transaction page and it charged me twice. I emailed them straight away but they ignored it and sent two. They have contacted me to say them do not issue refunds but will send a voucher. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I purchased a buy a star for my sister who lost her dog suddenly. and I saw this and thought I would buy her a star named after her dog Luna . Hayley was so delighted with her gift , said it was so thoughtful of me . So thank you so much for making her happy. It arrived in perfect condition and fast . A*****

So a whole year on and they’ve still not rectified the glitch on their website which has made it clear now this is obviously a scam! Avoid avoid avoid! I never got my £70 back and don’t have the item as I returned it to them as they advised me to and I paid £8 for tracked return!!!!!!! Vile customer service blocked me and the owners post on their instagram this lavish travelling lifestyle obviously no concern about the people they’re scamming

Charged twice due to an issue on their side yet refuses to send a refund for the extra 1!! I would have gave 0* if I could!!!

Ordered for my mum for a special birthday. Paid for the next day delivery, it was dispatched same day and delivered following day.
Certificate of lovely, folder with information in it is really good and full of all the info she would need to know about her star.
Was a bit concerned when I read the previous reviews (after ordering) but can’t fault them.
Speedy delivery and great quality.

DO NOT USE SCAM COMPANY Would give zero stars if i could made payment there was an issue on there side an it took payment twice emailed to request the money back for the duplicate payment an was told all i can have back is a gift voucher totally disgusting an seems they have done this to many people

I had the exact same issue as everyone else, glitch on their system, my order didn’t go through but then both the amounts of £70 were taken and two orders delivered despite me asking them to cancel it due to the glitch their end!
They then told me they will give me a voucher for my next purchase! I bought this as my grandmother died so how and when am I going to shop with them again?!
I denied this and they said I can send the item back, which I have. I have proof of delivery yet they have not refunded me.
I raised a dispute through my bank who refunded me but as buyastar denied it the bank took the money again.
I have told Chris who I have been emailing this but he says it lies with my bank who also say they will do nothing!
They have my item and my £70.
I will be going to trading standards.
Absolutely disgusting.
The items are also absolutely shocking quality for the price. Avoid at all costs.

I have since found out the owner of the company owns multiple companies, another one being ‘driving scout’. A Quick Look on their Facebook page shows other people being scammed by this company. Appalling.

Appalling company! I will be looking at bringing them with a business standards if I can! They had a fault in the website. Having kicked off they are now offering a partial refund so their costs of printing and postage is covered- absolute joke.

If anyone who's how to report to a business conduct do let me know.

Absolutely heartbreaking. I bought this for £40! Thinking it would be a nice gift for my boyfriend and i am so disappointed its 2 pieces of paper telling you absolutely nothing! there’s not anything telling you about your star you have named, I know I haven’t actually bought a star but at least try to fake it I just thought it might be a thoughtful fun gift….

Cannot contact quickly. I made an order which I thought had not processed and most web sites state..order made..it did NOT so pressed again. Got 2 emails 2 orders so immediately tried to stop one. Immediately sent email.but says can take a few days. Sent message on online chat..no reply
Then got email saying 2 orders being processed!!!
I dont want 2 orders and cannot believe they are done that quick so cannot cancel one order!!
Today 2 orders arrived,not impressed by cheap looking folder and stuffed with ready processed pamphlets. Looking at other comments it is as if know about the duplicate so sent out ASAP.
I will not give up getting one refunded on this very bad service.

Bought this for my wife's birthday.firstly the package is very tacky and cheap looking.then after a few emails I'm told we can't point the phone at the sky to locate the star only see it as a still shot on a computer or phone screen.then I was told I can put the coordinates into a telescope to see it.are you serious.how many people do you know with a digital telescope capable of this.should have trusted my instincts and steered clear of this scam.

I was ordering a star on Friday 6.01.2023. As site said should arrive in 1-3 working days . Today is 12.01.2023 and still not arrive. Nit answering the email and don’t have a telephone number where you can contact them. I will mot recommend them

Really disappointed as it came in a thin card folder and no presentation box. Difficult to wrap as a special gift. I paid almost £60 for something that just looks cheap and nasty. Would definitely not recommend

Paid £15 for special delivery to have this in times for Christmas . They’ve sent this out with Royal Mail and surprise surprise regardless of paying the most expensive delivery charge it NEVER ARRIVED ! So upset as this was a Christmas present with a HUGE MEANING !

Update the company messaged me via email on the 29th of December basically called me a liar . I paid £15 special delivery on Friday the 23rd there was 3 payment options for delivery to he cheapest one which would of taken 2-3 days and I arrive
Then another one of £10 for next working day
Then finally the one I purchased was the £15 ( next day even on stated on site if I paid for that delivery it would of arrived tomorrow the 24th )

They’ve not mentioned refunding this .
Do not pay extra for delivery expecting it to come on a Saturday coz it won’t come then they will call you a liar and tell you something completely different to what it states when ordering and finalising the delivery option !

I ordered from here on the 30th of November and my order has still not came can someone tell me how to get in contact with this company I have sent emails but nothing has come from it

Ordered a star, hasn’t arrived when I emailed a really crappy response and told me I had to wait till the 20th of December which is nearly 4 weeks !!
