I had questions about the purchase, since the stated characteristics of the product do not correspond at all! I contacted the support service 4 times, no one answered or wrote to me.

All went wrong, we paid and do not get our bikes !!!
We regret to say that once again delivery was not effected!!!!!

We received following messages from the following phone number that seems to be a Spanish phone number:

"A sua encomenda SPANISH AOSOM, S.L., ref. 95838129997692, vai ser entregue hoje, entre as 12:30 e as 13:30. Faculte o codigo M60L ao nosso Condutor.Obrigado. DPD "

Somebody call at about 12:00 Portuguese time and told her that they will deliver the bikes later on, at the end of the day.

We stayed at home the whole afternoon and evening waiting for the delivery of the bikes.....

But again, nothing has been received so far and despite our calls back no one is answerring !!!!!!!!

Sorry to say that you are bullshitting us !
Send our money back immediately !

Since the bikes are made of spare parts they don’t even what’s happening on their bike

After weeks still waiting for my €1600.00 bikes. Customer Service not helpful....it seems they are lost...but our money reached their account without any delay!Only apologies but no bikes received.We should have received them between December 28 2024 and January 8 2025.... Impossible to track our parcel...Wish i had never bought something here.... We will ask for our money back if bikes not received by next week!

From the delivery to the packaging, everything was fine. I was already familiar with the product because I already have the same one and was therefore able to assess the quality well. All in all, I am completely satisfied with the price-performance ratio.

Failure to correct delivery discrepancies

After weeks still waiting for my €1600.00 fatbike. Customer Service also not very helpful.... Wish i had never bought something here....

I am totally disappointed and recomend everyone not to buy from this shop. To me it seems fraud! It has noting to do with the EU and company is based in Hong Kong.
I bought a Lankeleisi MG600 Plus, because I saw also some explantory videos about how to configure to operate it on public street (speed limitation to 25kmH in Germany). A coulpe of hours after the order confirmation I received an email from them saying that they send y complicance paper with the delivery and I need to register the bike at the traffic athorities, because it has no conformaty to operate it out of the box; just on private ground. Thus, I immediatelly cancelled the order, because they had not pointed that out in the shop or during order process. First nobody answered. Then they said cancellation was to late and product already has been shiped and they cannot refund me 100%, just 75% (view cancellation policies). The same policy sais you can cancel within 48hours. I insited several times to cancel, an they did not react to my arguments. Furthermore I got automated notices that my mails cannot be answered because the are clasified as spam etc..I got a note that the product is in customs and delivery will take longer etc...Then I heard nothing more and "astonishingly" the delivery never arrived, dispite they clamed before they cannot stop delivery once it has been shiped. Finally I found out that my bank (luckily) had rejected the credit card payment because of fraud doubt. So, I am pretty convinced the whole shop is a deep fake - don't buy there; they are lying!

I am terribly dissapointed with Buybestgear. I bought a Cmacewheel V20 because there was a Certificate of conformity. When i got the bike i received a COC wich is just a useless piece of paper . Also the invoice was not a real invoice as the adress and VAT number of BBG was not present on the invoice. I went to the transport authorities to try to register the bike as speedpedelec for road use. Guess what? NO WAY TO REGISTER THIS BIKE. This is the mail i received from Transport authorities: Dear Sir

The EN 15194:217 is a safety standard for pedelecs. A speed pedelec must additionally have a COC in accordance with 136/2013, see attached example.

This invoice is also unacceptable for importing a vehicle, the details of the seller are missing.

Without the correct documents it is unfortunately not possible to use this bike on public roads, something that unfortunately happens very often with bikes from China, the company buybestgear is widely known for this.

Kind regards. I have sent many mails to the support of BBG but they keep sending me around with standart anwsers and no usefull information. WARNING , don't buy these bikes if you want to be legally registered.
I need a real certificate of conformity( European standarts) and real invoice. If you tell customers there is a certificate of conformity, then give a real one not a fake. Also to register bikes you must fullfill customs duties and this is only possible with a (real) invoice . Both documents are missing or replaced by fake documents. I did not receive a real invoice! Therefore The VAT and adress from seller is needed. Don't misslead people by saying your bikes are conform European standarts because they are NOT !!!! Let this be a warning for future buyers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought an e-bike, it was delivered to my door within a couple of days. I was a bit surprised, because it was delivered two days faster than the estimate. Buying and tracking was easy. The e-bike works perfectly. I also got a 30% discount coupon for e-bike accessories, which is generous. I honestly wouldn't except such fast and smooth service even if i bought from a online store in Finland.

Hi everyone. My Lankeleisi MG600 plus arrived within a week, perfect packing and when opened in immaculate condition. It took me a steady 2 hours to completely build. Absolutely nothing wrong with it.
Been out to the local nearest town quite a few times now, everyone stops me to admire it. Have also been up and down quite a few Chemins, muddy and gravel, absolutely not a problem at all. The battery is lasting at least 100 km per charge even though I use it a little faster when off road. Cannot speak more highly of Bustbuygear and Lankeleisi for the E bike. Thank you very much to all the team.

The customer service was really awesome. I was upset with a free product, but they solved the situation very fast and with no questions.

The bikes were delivered quickly. They were well packed.

My fiancé bought an electric bike,an ENGWE L20 SE which on arrival had a defective inner tube, slashed open, and an error code reading 03. I have been emailing their UK help desk for three weeks about my bike which does not work at all and I have been fobbed off and not received either replacement parts and/or a full refund or fully replacement bike. Terrible.

Good afternoon, first of all I would like to thank Buybestgear.com for offering and delivering the product as described. I would ask them to provide more detailed and up-to-date information on the subject of logistics. On the other hand, I was worried about the transport and that everything would arrive safely, but I was surprised to see how well packaged it was and how the box was undamaged. I really congratulate you. I am very satisfied and happy with my e-bike. I have not tried it yet due to work issues, but given the way it arrived, I have complete confidence that everything is fine.I would ask them to improve customer service a little bit, to be more dynamic with the client, to be more committed, since for me not knowing the status of the product for so long had me extremely worried. The information should be more detailed and of course updated. That would generate more confidence in the clients.
