I bought 68 dollars on a thing and they said there “ out of stock” and they will “ get more tomorrow” so I wait… and wait.. and wait until I ask how much longer and they don’t respond and I do it 20 MORE TIMES AND THEY WONT GIVE ME A REFUND. DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE

BuyBlox has some really great qualities. The prices are excellent, the delivery speed is impressive, and the way you receive your items is smooth and reliable. In those areas, I would honestly give them 5/5 stars.

However, I want to give some honest feedback regarding customer service, because I don't think it matches the high standard of the rest of the platform.

First of all, response times can be frustrating. Even when you are already in an active conversation with a support agent, it can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to receive a reply. I understand that they may prioritize customers with BuyBlox Plus, but as a regular customer this can be disappointing.

Another issue is that they seem to constantly encourage customers to accept refunds in the form of store credit rather than receiving their money back. In my experience, if you want the refund returned to your original payment method, the process becomes much more complicated and time consuming. I don't believe this is good customer service, and it often feels like they are making it unnecessarily difficult for customers to receive a monetary refund.

Finally, I have noticed that different support agents often provide different answers to the same question. This creates confusion and makes it difficult to know which information is correct. In some cases, it even seemed like certain agents were not fully familiar with information about their own platform.

Overall, BuyBlox offers great prices and fast service. However, I believe the customer support experience could be improved significantly to match the quality of the rest of the service.

i’ve used this countless times and it’s so amazing! i admit i was totally and completely skeptical after reading the bad reviews, but i decided to give it a try- and i was not disappointed! i definitely recommend! the support team is so helpful and sweet, and the bots are trustworthy and fast. 100/5!

it took them a while to restock my item but overall a great site to buy mm2 weapons and cheap.

it was good, easy to use, very cheep and fast the only downside i had it didnt want to register my main card so i had to use cash app other then that it was good.

Every order I had was successful no scams follow the process and it will work if the item is ever out of stock it doesn’t take that long

What a waste of time. BuyBloxDaBest10 (and 6) is a waste of time. Tried using 2-3 months ago, takes money, doesn’t provide goods. Allows you in private server, then leaves. Last time took 2-3 was to get money back on one of purchases, but didn’t refund other. Happened again yesterday and will now have to wait for refund.

it's good n cheap, but the first time I bought, my mom spent 35 doll hairs, and things didn't go well. I didn't even get my items, and they were asking for the bank transaction with the credentials on her card.

This is an amazing website it has cheap prices and never scams u may wait 1 day but the wait is worth it I will definitely buy from them again thank yall
