Stacey is a great resource. She is an ombudsman and a great communicator. She connected me with the talented engineering department as my need for an insert became apparent. The automated website is user friendly and the most comprehensive I have used. Simple packaging projects can quickly be done on line.

We had a extreme rush job and Stacey D in Customer Service was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Boxes were delivered quickly and they were beautiful. Will definitely return for next customized box needed. Thank you.

Working with BuyBoxes software was fairly easy. The final design was great. Working with the person who helped me through the process was easy. And receiving my product boxes was exciting! :-)

One point of improvement, a mechanical one. The indentation at the folding points on some of the boxes was not enough to make a clean fold. So, better inspection and adjustment would make the product even better. Most of the boxes were fine. Only a small number out of the first 35 I folded had this problem.

I used Buyboxes several years ago for my candle boxes and I had to make a change to the artwork and they did not charge me a fee for that. However, this time, when I submitted my artwork, it appeared differently on their boxes than the initial online proof so they said to send them transparent background images, which I did and that solved the issue. However, they then wanted to charge me a $25.00 fee for this and I said no because I hadn't made any changes except transparency and that was at their request. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money and they refunded everything but $25.00 and a $3% "transaction fee" so I will be disputing this portion with my credit card company.

They should value customer service above all else, now they've lost a previous client and I have moved over to Packola instead.

Our boxes were printed beautifully and the communication from Connor was friendly. I appreciate the customer service I received.

Update: received my boxes and love them! Quality is superb and I love that this is a US product so the production time was quick and from MA to NYC the ground deliver was only a day! WIN!

Although a review was sent out before I received my items, I was pleased with the quality of the product. It was exactly as the artwork described. I am pleasantly surprised for the tactile durability each box has. I wasn't expecting that.
