The courses were badly taught and often…
The courses were badly taught and often padded out with needlessly long waffling text that failed to adequately explain trivial concepts. Half of the level 3 "software engineering" course was almost entirely devoted to project management/business management with zero practical work at all.

You should not apply this website, even for a phony document. It is a scam and fraudulent, don't trust its fancy look or its content. The person who would contact you seems to be helpful and persuasive. Nevertheless, after receiving any payment, your telephone number will be blocked and your emails will not be replied. They even don't care to sent a fake document, even a copy of it.
