When I ordered I wasn't given a delivery date so the next day I rang to find out when it would be delivered, the person I spoke to was very helpful and I was given the following day as the delivery date. The parcels arrived - in two deliveries but, as promised, the next day. I also ordered a drip tray to fit under the Dyson Airblade Hand Drier I had ordered, an excellent idea but, I think it is grossly over priced.

Had to return some goods but got the value back I was expecting and replacement came in time

Ordered on line. They called me a few minutes later to confirm order was received and told me it would be despatched next day, which it was.
I had ordered two Airblade V's, realised the next day I needed three and ordered a third in a separate order. They called me again to confirm it would be despatched along with the other two.

Found this company through Google. Made order for 2 Airblades. Within minutes received a telephone call advising lack of stock. However offered an acceptable alternative. Goods arrived as promised the next day. First class service! If only all suppliers were this good!
