I have been buying appliances from Buyers and Sellers for over 10 years. They always have a big range in brands and prices, and knowledgeable staff who never try to flog you the most expensive stuff or stuff you don't need. They also have a fitting contractor in London who will pick up the appliance and install it for you. I found this service extremely convenient and the fitter did a good job.

They can be very busy with their free delivery service to London and you don't have that much choice with days and times. Still, the last time I bought (October 2013), I got my freezer within the week.

I'm only sorry they no longer have their Ladbroke Grove shop which was handy for me.

Looking for a Miele dishwasher online, B&S were best value as far as I could tell countrywide, v helpful in store, quick to deliver. Couldn't fault it.

We have bought many things from you over the years, both for home and also for our architecture projects.

The reason we come back is that you're the best company to work with.

Forget the big boy companies and support this excellent trader.
I was looking for tricky sized fridge freezer.
1. Stock - they had plenty of stock - unlike others who would have to order it in.
2. Price - 20% cheaper than else where.
3. Staff - polite and courteous, sales and delivery staff.
4. Free delivery - delivered by 10.30 am on given delivery date.
5. Free removal of old appliance.
6. Excellent website

When we had the great weather in July, my freezer died and I needed a replacement quick. They gave me some sound advice and helped me make my decision on the perfect product for me. Although this item was not instock, they got it in for me the next day, and then delivered to me a day after! 48 hours and I had my new freezer - EXCELLENT

Wide stock range; staff who know what they are talking about and who are always polite; good bargains.

I cannot speak highly enough of Buyers & Sellers. During my recent kitchen refit they were incredibly helpful and patient despite the many changes and alterations to the original brief. Nothing was too much hassle for them, the could always find out the information I needed and got back to me promptly. They always either had what I wanted, could get hold of it, or could suggest a better alternative having understood my needs. This great level of service was twinned with excellent and at times surprising value for money. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone.

As a contractor I use Buyers and Sellers for all my electrical appliances, as for there quick and easy service and helpful staff I will continue to use them.

I bought my frig over the phone and i am very pleased with it so far, however the guy who came to install the product was in a big hurry to leave and did not do a perfect job.
I phoned him several times to ask him to send me his receipt and kept ignoring my call. I think he knows what he is doing, but very careless.

What's happened to the Siemens and Bosch branded products? The Miele photos don't load and there's a picture of a coffee machine for the TV menu.

I have purchased quite a few machines from Buyers and Sellers from the retail outlet when it was on Ladbroke Grove.
But since the shop was closed I have not purchased many machines from Buyers and Sellers because the website previously did not show sufficient spec info or photos for products if at all. I have therefore been purchasing a regular volume of machines from other online stores for the last few years. This is not just down to price, but because I would know what I was buying and could confirm a delivery date of my choice at checkout.
As quite a number of machines I supply go into tenanted properties the delivery dates and times are also a very important consideration. And being able to define a delivery date at checkout is often paramount. And unfortunately I have not been able to get this kind of service from Buyers and Sellers.
I have always valued the great service provided by Buyers and Sellers over the years (Ziggy especially) and would like to use you more but have not been able to for the reasons outlined above.
I never normally fill out surveys but I have a loyalty to you for the great service you once provided from Ladbroke Grove.
I will look at your new website and hope to use it.

I have purchased washing machines and dryers through Buyers & Sellers and have been happy with my purchases each time. Delivery and installation are very quick.

Washing Machine: My opinion of this product is that it is very good. The only thing that would make me give it 5 stars is the fact that it clogs up a bit.

easy dealing with the staff and when we had a problem with a damaged hob it was sorted quickly and pleasantly. have already recommended company to others.

I've been on the Buyers and Sellers website quite a few times in the past and thought I knew what to expect. I like to be able to view a product clearly and see at a glance what its features are. On this updated website, the image and information for a product seems more boxy and harder to see in full, and there are a lot of distracting adverts and aside information. The large brand logos for each product were annoying and took up too much space. I wanted to compare products and details, which I didn't seem to be able to do easily. I found the logos distracting, particularly the home logo suggesting I upgrade a completely different item.

I have bought items from Buyers and Sellers for many years, to many various properties. The service and prices have every time been Great. I would really recommend you to give them a try for any appliances items you need.

A good friend recommended this company to me, years ago as I was looking to upgrade one of my appliances. I thought I'd check it out. After all, you can't get a better recommendation than a personal one.

Ever since that day, I've never bought elsewhere! "Bought" being the important word here, because I always ALWAYS check products in all other shops - high street AND online. Each time, without fail, I've always come back to "Buyers & Sellers".

They are terrific!

It's been a few years since I bought from them but I remember the experience as wholeheartedly positive.
