Has no regard for their customers

I bought 150K coins on switch for 20 bucks. I got my coins, and they said there was only 3% chance of getting banned if I did what they told me to. On the bottom of the website it says if you get banned there would be a guaranteed refund. Got banned from the FUT transfer market, and I asked Live chat for a refund. They said to message their manager with evidence. Once I did, the guy responded that he could not prove that I got banned even though I sent him the evidence. Complete scam with no regard for their customers. The 5 star review and any others are definitely written by them. Unprofessional and unempathetic. Will not be here again.
