Beautiful guppies, smooth delivery, and not a single issue.

The fish came healthy, colorful and full of energy. I was really impressed by the variety of colorful guppies for aquariums available.

I've ordered fish online before but this was the best experience yet. Super fast shipping and my freshwater guppies for beginners are thriving.

Got my guppied today and they are just gorgeous. The packaging was on point. I had few questions about my order and contacted their support and they got back to me promptly and were very helpful.

The fish are packaged in very small bags, smaller than what you’d get from petsmart. The fish was DOA, likely due to the shipping being delayed from Friday 4/4 to Monday 4/7, but I doubt they’d be alive if they arrived on the Friday because the bag was so small. I should receive a refund based on their policy, but even so the whole experience was really upsetting.

I had a terrible experience with this vendor. More than half of my order was either canceled or missing from the shipment. The live fish I did receive were sick, showing clear signs of parasites and bacterial infections.

When I reached out to customer service to address the issue, They completely dismissed my concerns and responded with sarcasm, implying that I lacked knowledge. After spending an entire day arguing and providing various pictures and videos, they finally admitted to making multiple mistakes. However, instead of apologizing, they accused me and labeled me a scammer.

This vendor engages in false advertising and does not stand behind their products. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them. Save your money and buy from a reputable seller instead.

Because of the heat I had 3 fish DOA twice, they were nice enough to agree to wait until it gets colder to re-ship them

I ordered some guppies from these guys for the 1st time. They are friendly and were helpful in making my guppies selections. My guppies arrived today healthy & very energetic. Their colors were astonishing. We are very pleased with our choices. Hope to aquire some more guppies for my 50 gallon tank soon.
