A more truthful review would be a "0"... Dishonest company with very poor product and deceitful advertising. The supposed customer service department does not exist. I returned product for a refund, that I battled over for more than a month. They received product and 60 plus days later I am still waiting for them to credit my account. Product was returned in original condition with tags still one and in original packaging. So, they are actually professional thieves, if you
read other reviews of customers that were promised the same thing.

I would rate as zero if there was the option. Don't buy. Poorly fitting. I asked a simple question via email which they said they would treat with priority. Over a month later they respond with an answer that shows they didn't even read my question (perhaps they don't understand English). Customer Service is non-existent. The bra is rubbish. Don't waste your money.

This is the worst company ever! got stuck paying $62 for bras that were so badly made in china! product was not represented correctly on their ads. Tried to dispute Discover card purchase but was denied. do not I repeat buy anything from this dishonest company!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy this bra!!! It is sooooo incorrectly sized and they won’t refund your money. I can read Chinese and Japanese, having lived there, and it has a subtle kanji character embroidered in the cup so I know it was made in China...it is sized for ASIANS who have a very different cup size too Westerners! I purchased an XL based on their size chart and it doesn’t come close to my size!! As far as I can gather, it’s at least 2 cup sizes to small. This is a totally misleading product and you WILL be ripped off!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I had purchased my bra. Then it wouldn't be going in the bin like everyone else's. Absolute rubbish and complete lies is all I have received from this company. I didnt even bother to return because I guessed how difficult it would be. And low and behold after reading other comments I was right to put the item in the bin and put my loss of money down to a BAD experience. They should be ashamed and struck of. Why is this company still trading and ripping people of ??? 0000000 rating if I could.

If I could give a minus 10 rating I would! CHEAP bras. Im a size 38C so chart states XL. The bras wouldnt fit a 34 b! Dreadful customer service DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

A zero would be a better rating. This company is not trustworthy. I ordered an XL and received something much smaller, cheap fabric. Trying to return this is a nightmare. First they want a picture of it; then they offer a replacement and when you still want to return it, they say you pay shipping. Mind you this whole process has taken approx two months to get to this point. Still waiting to hear back from them re shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Save your money and your peace of mind.

Crap bras with made with cheap materials. They don't stand by their products and you cannot adjust the straps on the bras. They ride up when you move too.

I went with their size chart and the bras are like child size not adult. There is no way they would fit and they are super cheep as far as quality. When trying to return them I wanted a shipping label since the issue was due to their size chart and they, of course, said "no way". They did offer me !5% off if I kept the order but why would I want 15% off of something that is totally unusable to me? I will send them back at my cost because I will not eat the entire amount of the purchase and then I will get bras that actually fit and look like they will last longer than one wearing. Horrible company! Horrible product!

What a load of rubbish buyily Is DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY, it should be removed from trust pilot as its not a trustworthy company, I'm still waiting for my refund told them I require full refund still waiting from them, thinking about going through my credit card for refund and hopefully they will get full refund back

What a rip off! I ordered a bra. It took weeks to get here and didn’t fit when I finally got it. I asked for a refund and all they will say is we will give you a 15% discount off what you paid. DONOT buy from them.

Do not buy from this company. They have poor custoemr service and will not take a return. I have provided a picture as they requested. Problem is the quality is terrible - very very thin fabric, and the size is totally off. I ordered an XL and it is tiny! THey have no 800# to contact a real person either.

My advice is do not buy anything from this company. The customer service is non existent.

I bought a bra in size XL as I am 36D and when it arrived it was very small, so it was of absolutely no use to me at all and of very poor quality with thin material and not as described or portrayed as in the advertisement.
I contacted customer services and was requested to send a photo which I did so 1 week ago and have had no further correspondence since. I do not expect to hear anything again and will have to cut my losses but I wish to warn other customers.

I would give a 0 if that were an option. The "support" bra was not a support at all. The part of the bra that was not actual cups was no more than a light stretch fabric similar to a ladies slip. The edges of the fabric were not even hemmed.

They never respond to their "support" email except to say they have already shipped - days after the first email which I sent just hours after I ordered. Lucky for me, I had already contacted my credit card due to no response from Buylily and gotten the charge cancelled.

BEWARE these are the cheapest worst bras I have ever purchased. The whole advertisement is a lie. The bras took about 5 weeks to get here and super small in size and very cheaply made. Do not trust this company at all.

On Friday 8/23/19 (9:30am EDT) I placed an order with Buyily for 2 of their "Front Closure Extra-Elastic Breathable Bra". I ordered 2 based on their advertisement stating a 20% discount on the purchase of 2. When I received the "order confirmed" message I IMMEDIATELY responded "Where's my 20% discount for ordering "2 or more"? I HATE companies that pull this crap! It's dishonest & if you can't honor YOUR OWN DISCOUNT then CANCEL this order!!! >:( " which they totally ignored. Mon 8/26 I again emailed asking "You haven't responded to the question I sent on Friday, August 23rd. Again, where's my 20% discount for ordering "2 or more"? I HATE companies that pull this crap! It's dishonest & if you can't honor YOUR OWN DISCOUNT then CANCEL this order!!! >:( " . On Wed 8/28 they responded telling me that "unfortunately" they're "unable" to apply the 20% discount but "we are happy to offer a 15% discount from the original purchase price if you decide not to proceed with the cancellation." I responded immediately stating I will NOT accept their counter offer & to CANCEL the order immediately & issue a full refund. When they didn't respond I sent an email on Sun 9/1 asking "Where is the notification acknowledging my cancellation of this order & your issuance of a full refund in the amount of $51.85? More evidence of extremely poor "customer service" that unwary potential customers need to be warned about!!!" Then this fraudulent company Buyily has the nerve to send me an email message on Mon 9/2 stating "Your order is on the way". EXCUSE ME?! I POINT BLANK CANCELLED THIS ORDER ON WED 8/28 DUE TO THEIR FAILURE TO HONOR THEIR ADVERTISED 20% DISCOUNT! No one should EVER trust Buyily, also known as Adastra Network S.A. de C. V. !!! They engage in shady, sleight of hand/word, & wear you down tactics! They are NOT a reputable company!

Took forever to arrive and is ridiculously small I ordered a large and I’m a size 8.

Just don't do it!!! I ordered a bra. They charged me immediately (not a shipment). Shipping took five weeks from China with almost zero shipping information. Just received the bra, and it is absolute trash. Does not fit, and there is no way to adjust. Probably one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Just don't do it!!!

Stay away from this company. Website claims 2 weeks shipping. Then when item is not delayed the excuses start. Finally received item after 4 weeks. Item was damaged, torn and unwearable. When I contacted company for return they offered 15% discount if I kept it... that does not make item wearable. Then they demanded I pay return shipping to CHINA even though they sent damaged unwearable item. I am now out $28.90 . DO not waste your time ordering from this company!
