I can't find my original review, which was poor. But I am impressed with the diligence of the Customer Service/Satisfaction, that not only refunded my money, for an item that I did not order, but additionally, followed with a phone call (they reached me after 3 attempts), to right a situation.
So originally I rated it as a scam. I would say.....there are people in the company who do want to handle this fairly.

The smell spreads evenly, and it's easy to use. You just light the cone and put it on top.
