Twice, not what was ordered and no communication

The first order of XL Tshirts came as L.
Which for their purpose made them useless for their intended purpose.
The company went radio silent as to exchange or refund. We showed the documentation of what was ordered and what was delivered.

Thinking it may have been a one off, we ordered the specialized t shirts in Navy and XL. (Navy being part of the blue theme event)
What was delivered were two black size L.
Any specialty item is done at your own risk,
Truly a waste of time and money.

Lousy Product and Customer Service

Bought a custom printed bath mat from buymecool.com that fell apart with light use in under a year. For the prices they charge and quality they advertise, it’s a pretty lousy product. Don’t know about other SKUs but not willing to try either. Customer service was dismissive and unfriendly. I would tell anyone I know to be leary.
