Friendly Fast and Efficient
First time ordering from this Canadian company. Easy to order and carries CBD isolate in large quantities which is great. My order was shipped, but the tracking number provided was not working so I called to inquire with no answer, and then emailed in the middle of the night. By morning I had an emailed answer, early that same day I also received a texted response to my question as to where my order was and new tracking provided. The customer service was fantastic, friendly and super fast. I received my order within 6 days of ordering with everything intact and just as I had ordered. Thank you Mellow staff! Happy to find a new Canadian supplier!
