Ive been buying from this company for years. Only reason is it was an easy way to get 7050 aluminum. They now don't include a packing slip, I have to aks for the certs even though I paid for them and now their site won't even process an order! I tried different material without using my account with a different card. I hit the chat button and got an email from sales saying they can't do anything about it
Went to buy some Aluminum 7075T6 round bar, found some on sale. Everything was going fine, received my confirmation order and PDF invoice. Then the next day I got an email that went to my spam folder saying they didnt have the size I ordered in stock. Called them they said they could get me a different size, said okay, they told me what they had in stock and i told them which one would work. Got a call the next day saying they didnt have any in stock. They said they didnt have any 7075t6 round bar in stock from 4 in all the way to 5 in, even though the previous day we agreed on a size, and they would only offer me a refund. Guy didnt even want to try and find a solution, just said "No we dont have any stock and we are refunding your purchase" great now Im 5 days behind on a project and buying my stock from someone else.
