Been waiting for my order for weeks. Got a tracking number, but there is still no updates. I have sent them numerous e-mails, but no reply from the "answer within 24-hours" support. Simply horrible.

Edit: They have finally replied, and promised to send another one. Will edit again if that goes smooth.

DO NOT send any many to these crooks!!!! I have written for the past 2 weeks now and no one has responded. I will be reporting them to the authorities and BBB. What crooks how dare they scam people. The email they say on this website doesn’t work. The contact on their websit no one responds to 😡🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

If you read all of their responses here, they say that you have to contact them at support.at.buymod.org . I did it 2 times, it was 3 weeks ago, and they never responded, even to tell me that they have "supplier issue".
If you go on their website, there is absolutely no indication about this issue and you can buy even if they don't have any product left...
Still waiting for a response, but probably in vain...

Ordered from BuyMod a couple of times and generally received my order on time - though I always have to ask for my tracking number (it is not sent to you as they promise on their website). I did not get the free pills as promised last time I ordered either. Ordered more a few weeks ago and haven't received a tracking number. Last email from them is that it's in customs so they can't provide a tracking # but then they haven't responded since. I suspect this order won't ever come.

I’ve placed two orders from this company and it’s been way over a month. Still haven’t received tracking number or products. They stopped answering my emails. Will not refund my money. This is a scam and total waste of time. This is just the beginning BuyMod!!!

Sadly very bad experience. Waiting for my order since November 2018. Received info that it was hold at customs.
They promised to resent order.
Nothing happen so far.
Now they start ignoring my emails...

Recieved my order in 11 days with track and trace number. Also the free pills were included. Will definitely order again from them!

Received my order today after 9 days, including 10 extra pills as promised! Tracking was available after a couple of days. Packing was proper and discrete. Definitely going to order here again!

I ordered from buymod and recieved my order within 11 days but I didnt get the free 10 pills as promised on their webpage. The pills work, however packaging was poor they were wrapped in a mere piece of paper. Luckily there was no damage.

I ordered on August and even if my order is hold by customs on September, they Don't give me my money back. I have write them thousands emails but I have always been ignored. Thiefs, crooks! DO NOT buy ANYTHING!

I've got nothing but good things to say about my transaction with Buymod. I paid with an Amazon gift card (which made me all kinds of suspicious). I had to ask for my tracking number, but once I got it I was able to track my package, no problem. Got it in the mail in about 10 days. I'll use Buymod again. ... Not for nothin but they're even less expensive than Modup (who I used for years)

Poor experience. Product got stuck on customs and asked for refund. It took a long time, a lot of ignoring by them and a lot of insisting until finally I've received my money back.

Dreadful experience. Not only did I have to prod them to get a tracking number, after they told me they'd send it within 48 hours, but the package was also intercepted. Now this wouldn't be too bad a thing, since they claim to either reship or refund you, if exactly that happens. After I asked for a reship, and did what they told me to do, namely create a new identical order, do not pay for it and send them the order number (Weird process but okay), nothing happened. When I asked them again they told me that they haven't heard anything from me (Lie) and that, as they told me (which they didn't), I should use Skypax to proceed with their order.
Since I do not want to use another service, I asked for a refund instead, and have not heard anything of them since.
I severely doubt I will receive a refund, but if I do, I will update this review.

I received email to let me know my order was on it's way and tracking number, the courier Track 17 told me it's also on it's way, but my local post service when I asked them, told me it seemed it a bit weird and to the contact supplier, I contacted both Buy Mod and Track 17, they assured me it's still on it's way, it's been 3 months, Buy Mod said they would either re post order or refund my money, after asking for a refund, I've never heard from them again!! Please don't use this company

Made my purchase days ago and I have no confirmation of any kind, they have two forms of customer service, a chat and contact form which neither replies, they have already charged for the order. I have been buying modafinil for a while, I’ve tried different sources but I have to say this is my first experience getting scammed by one of them, i can’t find a way to get my money back so the other best thing I can do is make people aware of this fraudulent website.
