Absolutely useless disgraceful company. I would suggest everyone should avoid sending their laptop to this company which professes to do things quickly and give good prices but is far from it.
The fact that they have removed their company contact telephone number should have been a sign of a bad company.
I suggest live many others who have given bad reviews that you avoid.

Awful experience had my laptop a week before they updated their system. Made a revised offer still not paid 3 days later. Sent 4 emails chasing each took over a day to be replied too. Eventually paid 3 weeks later but I can see why people have threatened small claims court action. Poor company.

Sent my laptop June 14th. Received a revised quote 7 days ago on 19th which I accepted. Emailed twice to ask when I will be paid no replies and no payment. Other similar companies normally process a laptop sale within 3 or 4 days we are on day 9 since the laptop arrived. Pretty poor if I am honest. Had they replied to either email I probably wouldn't have left this review. TradeIn or CEX much better.

I think this company is no longer operating.
The courier never turned up and, I had no correspondence from them.
I'm assuming they have an automated system.

Offered me £25 for laptop - tried to start process to get label etc to send. After chasing and broken comms for 2 weeks told them to stick their offer. Something is off with this company and I do not trust them.

Beware selling your laptop on this site. Once you sell your items here, they want additional information via email, which I do not understand why it isn't integrated in the process of filing an order on their website (i.e. adding pictures, confirming nothing is wrong with the device, etc.) they should simply send the receipt and be done with that. I am having serious issues sending emails to the address that you are supposed to respond to because their email box is full. There is no phone number to reach out to the company to proceed with the next step either.

Great experience. Posting my laptop was easy via post office. Payment was sent via bank transfer. Would use them again.

Received prompt, polite emails to my questions and after inspection of the laptop, was sent a PayPal transfer for the suggested amount. Overall, a positive experience. Would recommend.

Honest feedback- very bad! The only star it deserves is to lure you in with the price. Once you send a perfectly working laptop, you need to chase for an update to check if they received it (as they did not send any notification even after 4 days- London courier doesn't take more than 2 days!). They then confirmed receipt and sent the laptop for inspection and testing. A week later they say it did not pass the inspection because of missing items- On their website, they mention backlit keyboard and blu-ray features are missing, of which I already disclosed that the blu-ray is missing and backlit DOES works. I ask for more information and clearer description as to why they reduced the price by £23 and then they throw in that the screen is cracked, which wasn't when the courier man (a regular cab driver) picked it up! It was packaged properly. It is very strange that the screen looks punctured in the middle, which means it was opened there and broken by them.
I am surprised they did not care to inform me about it straight away! The only mistake I made is in the disclosure of the screen size which is apparently 15.5''. They only have 15'' or 16'' as options, I chose 16 as the overall dimensions when i measured it was 15.6''.
Terrible service overall sadly. I wish i could sue them for breaking the laptop!!!!!

Update: the laptop was bubble wrapped since their website said they will provide box packaging and label from the courier. Their website quote under a picture of a cardboard box “free postage and packaging”!
That did not happen and the courier just accepted the laptop, saying don’t worry. (Just the pink label was provided)

5 star service. Received a free prepaid label. Dropped my laptop to the post office. With in a week of sending my laptop off Received payment into my bank account. Very helpful and smooth, pretty straightforward. Thank you.

Does what it says on the door. Second highest price in the market and original quote honoured. They lost 1 star because the process could have been quicker that 7 days after they received it. Recommended
