This is a very shady company. I purchased 3 Oshen watches which were very large for small wrists and could not be worn. I returned them with a note of explanation, and have the receipt that verifies delivery to the company. I haven't heard from them. Warning to others: Don't buy from this company; buy from a trusted dealer.

Returned the day after receiving and have proof of delivery back to the seller. No refund for months now despite promises and more promises. This place is a scam!!!! I am on a fixed income and can't afford to give away my money.

This is a total ripoff bon’t buy. Lost my money never delivered and from reading other reviews it appears the watches don’t work anyway. Hopefully authorities will shut them down. Called CC company and informed them as well

Do not buy !!!! It does not work . The company is a scam. They should be charged with fraud . Anyone who buys this may as well give the money to charity, at least there is some benefits to the needy

I purchased a Oshen watch Luxe and received it over one month later. Because the watch was defective I returned it at my own cost which they received on July 30th. It is now September 4th and after a dozen emails and probably 40 phone calls I still do not have my refund. This business is a scam, once you purchase their product it better work correctly because do not expect any level of customer support if it doesn't. $118.90 wasted!!

I paid for 3 oshen watch on 30th July this year. I have written many emails complaining and the tracking number they supplied me with shows the package has not moved. It appears to be a scam. I intend to try to pursue this legally. Disgraceful service.

These came in the mail and there is no way to charge them. They are useless essentially. We called and emailed the company with no response.

Bought 4 Oshen Watches. $149.First one booted up for about five seconds then died. Never booted up again.Second one same thing. Called CSR ph # Rep said to charge for min 2hrs in USB.port. Offered 20% refund for inconvience. I did as instructed. Same results!

Items are junk. Do not buy Chinese made products.

i need a larger wrist band 9 in can not use the watch, purchased 6 of them want to return all if I can not get a band.

This is for sure a ripoff company! I ordered without checking Trustpilot first, my mistake.
Be aware of the UK contact phone number is a PREMIUM phone number, they will charge you an EXTRA HIGH cost of calling this number.
Someone should crack down on this company.

Money was taken and invoice given but did not receive a tracking number or the watches. Phone calls and emails have not been received after 3 months. Highly peeved at the level of service I DID NOT receive.

I need to update my review. I did eventually recieve a watch. Took over 3 months. Too bad the company isn't better at comunicating. Now that I finally have it, I don't like it. Can't see it in daylight. It was a waste of time and money. Still give it zero stars!!

I do not even give this company or produce a one star. This untrustworthy company took my money the day I place the order. The goods I had to chase. Eventually when I tried to cancel nearly a month later, they said they had finally been shipped so couldn't. When they eventually arrive nearly 2 weeks later, the watch would not charge, instructions about app were limited and not existent for the watch. I then started emailing company again. They responded intermittently, continually failing to give me where I could return watch for refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM AND COMPANIES LIKE THIS SHOULD BE EXPOSED.
