WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Worst customer service I have ever had and that is saying something. Ordered and paid for a sample tile on 6th June, still had not arrived 2 weeks later so phoned on the 19th asking where it was, to be told just waiting for the label to be printed, I asked if it could be sent on the Friday to be told no, they would send it on 22nd the Monday, Thursday the 25th still not arrived, phoned to cancel to be told still waiting for the label, but they have cancelled, ALMOST 3 week to send a sample out and phone attitude - NOT BOTHERED, Don't deal with these people as if we had bought now long to receive the order!!!!
