Fraud Website!!
I got the same situation, the dealer name Yoslee and his partner EXPRESSSHIPINGANDFREIGHT asking me to pay extra money for clearance and "medical card" fee. Whoever can do something about it please do! Exposing them!

Low life leaches
After making an online purchase with the merchant, the merchant demanded additional funds to have my
items delivered. They use a company called EXPRESS SHIPPING AND FREIGHT which is their partners in fraud. Their website looks legit but I assure you, they're all frauds. When I demanded to cancel order and for a refund, they refused to issue it,
even though refunds on cancelled orders were advertised on their website.
Don't fall for it.
It was my expensive lesson.
