On reflection I am not sure I would have ordered when I found that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery

Very poor quality control. Had to fix one of the frames before assembly, some of the pieces had some damage. Not like the picture - cladding across the panels doesn't line up. Instructions for window were difficult to follow. Had to tidy up edges of panels around the door to get door to fit properly. Need to go around with some wood filler on the inside to fill the holes.

Good website, easy to navigate. Excellent communications through email and fast delivery. The shed was easy to assemble with the instructions given. It is good quality, very sturdy and strong also it looks good.

Our summer house was delivered on time,actually a bit earlier which was fantastic,the driver was really nice and very helpful (can't remember his name) easy to follow instructions. It has taken me and my husband about 6 hours to put together which we was very happy with. I'm currently sitting inside contemplating what to furnish it with ☺️ would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Good communications, delivered on time, as described.
Some instructions not too clear - parts could have been labelled more clearly, but with 2 engineers on the case, it was no problem.

The delivery man was unhelpful.
There are some splits in a few panels and you can see daylight through knots in the wood.

I ordered a wooden shed. On the delivery day,Saturday 27th June 2026, of the panels was broken. The driver Sam, took it back and assured me that he will reported and asked for a replacement. None of this happened. Fortunately I called on Monday,29th to verify. They couldn't find any report or order on this matter. I was very disappointed.
They ordered new one over the phone. On Wednesday 1rst, I called again, and send an email , I didn't receive any response and not being contacted on when the delivery will take place. It's Saturday 4th July and nothing. Very very disappointed and frustrated because people were supposed to come on Sunday 27th to install the shed, i cancelled and don't know when they going to be available again. Very bad experience for first time buyer, i will not recommend you to friends and family. 😡

Good customer service. Ashley, the delivery driver was superb. v polite and respectful and on time. He answered my questions with clarity and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. i must admit my shed recently purchased was not of the high standard as mentioned, the base was bowed and so were some of the joining strips , panels were not that great when put next to each other i know there are joining strips but i had to buy some silicone to fill many gaps the windows are rather cheap plastic and the finials were missing. the instructions were a bit of a nightmare, it look half decent now up but not a 100 per cent impressed.

Do not buy from here. I had ordered a shed for my tennant urgently however it had some timber which was cracked and rotten. I had emailed but now nobody is responding.
