Scam or just very bad service. Five months ago ordered delivery to Mexico. After month of waiting customer service plaintly says presented delivery time is more of suggestion and told to wait. Another month passed and I asked for a refund. They did not agree, but did sent another delivery. Five month passed and no snus nor help from their customer service. Stay away.

Maaaaate, you couldnt get a more professional and hassle free experience in my opinion. I live in South Australia and in 6 days and 17500km, my delivery is being delivered tomorrow. Helena works magic at BUYSNUS and i will definitely only be using them in future. 6 stars allround.

I tried this shop because of the Thunder Frosted Chewing bags, which are currently not available in germany. Placed my Order on Wednesday and recieved it on Saturday. Everything went as described on their website, even faster, and based on my experience absolut worth a recommendation. :)

Bad experience. My shipment has been lost for a few weeks already and after contacting the customer service couple of times already, i still have not received an answer. First query was done almost a month ago... I understand that the fault falls to the delivery company but its unacceptable to neglect the questions sent to the customer service. Do not order from here

I have been ordering from BuySnus for over a 6 months now,never had any problems, due to the coronavirus my shipment got lost and they offered to send the same stuff I ordered again for free, all in all very trustworthy site and great customer support, especially Helena!

Good day, i am from South Africa i did place a order online but on the buysnus site it said that the payment failed, but on my bank statement it reflects that the payment went through and the money has been deducted.

ordered 10pcs of skruf and got exactly what i ordered;). the delievery time was also extreme fast. package was here in 5 days:)

Okay so due to lack of reviews online I was extremely sceptical of using this website. However I can say that after ordering on the 26th April, my snus arrived today on the 30th April. I paid for the UPS tracking which cost me £14.17. They provided me with a tracking number and the package arrived here in England very quickly. I will be using this website again and would recommend it to anyone wanting snus. I ordered Lyft snus (Epok). I'm very happy and would recommend it.

At first i was a bit skeptical if my order will ever be delivered to Austria. The support told me that due to corona and custom regulations in your country, the shipping may take a bit longer. Up to two weeks instead of one.
After two weeks of waiting my order arrived and all products are here.
All in all buysnus is no SCAM as some of you wrote. Instead they will help you if you have any problems. Just contact the very nice support!

It's a scam, don't trust them. I lost my Money the first time i placed an order. I was supposed to receive my order in Switzerland, After few weeks i receive it but, and this is fantastic, they were asking me to pay extra 80 euro because shipments costs...
The problem Is that i had already paid for shipments costs and moreover, shipments costs are higher than my order (which already includes them) so i decided to don't pick up It and they probably destroied It.

It's a scam and i'll inform everyone till the day they Will give me back my money

Ordered some chew bags on friday and i got my product today, in less than a week. Really good service and super fast delivery. I thought it would be impossible to get this stuff in Italy but thanks to God i was wrong.This was the first of many other orders. Super!

I live in the UK and have purchased "chew bags" from multiple different websites and it usually arrives not at all fresh, so I decided to buy from this site and received my package in just 4 working days, and every can seemed as fresh as cans that I've bought over counter in Sweden,

They don't deliver at time or near the time, nor do they acknowledge their own problems, they claim you haven't given them enough information even if you did so. Completely useless company, and much not serious. You want to buy snus, there are many ways better to do this. And they still owe me 73,63 Euros, wonder when I will see the money back on my credit card, probably never, this is a fraudulent company and should be stopped?

Good selection, and they sell outside of Europe. Very clear comments on potential taxes and the speed of shipping options. I’ve been trying to find a snus provider in my country, but I usually only get American products or general. Will buy again.

Nice selection of snus, EU delivery takes about 3 days. They mixed up an order and sent the right package after one email!
