Atrocious
Atrocious. This is not a UK company, but a German one. And all their support emails are sent in German!
(I have no problem with Germans, BTW - this is about poor customer service)
The software I bought would not activate. When I called Microsoft to activate over the phone they said the product key had been blocked and that I should contact the supplier I bought it from.
After a ridiculous amount of back and forth I was eventually refunded by Buysoftwareonline but it was clear they made it as difficult as possible.
