I Ordered a 2019 iMac 3.2GHz core I7 but they sent me a 3.6GHz I3, but foolish me, I gave them another chance and they sent another I3. Twice seems intentional or they are pathetically incompetent
I ordered(#US57812) a 2019 iMac core I7 version, that featured a high speed, top performing, multi- threading processor and instead BuySpry sent me Apple's slowest performing I3 version. They issued a refund and I placed a 2nd order (#US62946). It's important to note that I3s are tortoises while I7s are jackrabbits. TWICE, TWICE, TWICE!!!! You'd think, professionals that they pretend to be, would have so much knowledge from daily practice in inventory control, quality control, and shipping that such a ridiculous mistake would never happen given all the checkpoints at which they could catch such a gross mistake. But perhaps there's another explanation, that they ran out of I7s, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT REEBELO SUPPORT STAFF TOLD ME IN THEIR FINAL EMAIL TO ME (over 12 total) telling me that Reebelo and BuySpry had taken down the ad thru which i placed my orders. Reebelo repeatedly offered me canned apologies and promised to elevate the issues to resolve it more quickly. "Happiness Agents" never contacted me as promised and they dragged their feet possibly to fatigue a pestering customer for their effort to get what they paid for. How dare they, the nerve!!! Thru-out the sale process there are numerous check points at which a professional and honestly run company has the chance to double check everything before shipment. They went on to offer me a 2017 I7 if I was still willing to play ball. Wow what an irresistible offer! So either BuySpry was unaware of their inventory screwup or knowingly sent me I3s hoping I wouldn't notice it. That would be both stupid and fraudulent.
Thoroughly demoralized I nevertheless moved on and several days ago I purchased a real I7, not an I3, from the online vender Apple Crisp, that surpassed my expectations of ever finding one so perfect: 3.6GHz, core I7, 16GB RAM, 2TB SSD, and 4GB RAM graphics card, 60 days return, 3yrs service warranty and parts & labor for the 1st 90 days and all for only $300 above Reebelo's lower performing unit. Apple Crisp even shipped ii with a real Apple box nest securely in a meticulously packed external box. The new vendor was appalled at my tale and reassured me that their company would never knowingly ship a lesser product. On the contrary they believed in shipping better than what the order called for if necessary. Someone might argue they were blowing smoke and that they'd never be so nice, but I've not yet been disappointed with them. Contrast that magnanimous business practice with Reebelo offering me a measly 5% discount ("Courtesy5")for any new purchases after all they'd put me through. My refurbished Apple Crisp iMac looks new and performs flawlesslly. When I need a refurbished Mac laptop, Apple Crisp will get my business.MAN, I'M SO THROUGH WITH REEBELO AND BUYSPRY !!!
