Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Very basic short history information and not worth the subscription so l will wait for the second issue to see if there is any improvement. l had this subscription before and it was good but the present issue was very basic and boring.

Illogical
Sadly I missed an email sent 14/6/24 reminding me that my Radio Times subscription would renew on 14/7/24 for 6 months, 26 issues. On 15/7/24 I noticed the money had been taken from my bank account so I immediately cancelled and received an email telling me that a refund of the remaining credit would appear in my account within 10 working days. It didn't. I contacted them again and after a couple of emails pointing out that we had already been through the cancellation process I was told that I would receive a refund of £81, not the £117 I was expecting, or at least minus a couple of copies. I have just spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone only to give up in exasperation at the illogicality of their processes. If I can summon up the energy to pursue this I will but at the moment I've got battle fatigue.

I had a subscription to Homes and…
I had a subscription to Homes and Antiques for 2 years with buysubscription then when I got my renewal I was told to use the OurMedia site. I'm not sure if this was a scam as I subscribed under that company and never get my subscriptions I have to request every single copy as they never show up. Are they the same company or have I been scammed?
Response to Sharon: thankyoufor your reply. I have sent two emails alreadyto the company requesting that i be sent july, august and septemberissues as i have not received any of these and the order button for these on my account has an error message. It tells me to email customer service which i have done twice. I would like to get what i have paid for and not have to request each issue. Thanks.
