I contacted this company as I needed a fridge-freezer FAST. They claimed to be local using a google add which later turned out to be an incorrect address.
They were quick to respond and sent me images & videos of different options. assuring me all were in good working order. I agreed on one that fitted my budget. Delivery was booked. the price agreed was including delivery charge.
The 1st Alarm bell was when the Delivery driver turned up nearly 2 hours late.
The fridge looked OK and we were told I must wait at least 30 minutes to plug it in so the gas could "settle".
Although the delivery was included the driver asked me to pay more as he he said he was not getting paid. I refused and told him to take it up with his boss. I paid the agreed price and he left.
We waited for the gas to settle and plugged the machine in. The lights came on but after nearly 24 hours, the fridge is not working we put some water in the ice tray and a day later its still water. We had to throw away all of the food.
I spoke to the guy I bought it from and after a visit from his team eventually managed to negotiate the return of my money. This was not simple or easy he did everything to try and discount from the original payment, delivery charges, he did not have enough cash, the list of excuses was endless. It was only the treat of formal action that got a full refund.
Bottom line it was a terrible customer experience. They sold me a machine that had not been properly checked to see if it was working. Not reliable and difficult to deal with.
Buy cheap... Buy twice
