one star for company and not product which Inever received
I ordered the products and got a confirmation of the order. The next day I got an email saying the delivery would be delayed due to Royal mail high volumes. Then I got an email asking me to review the products which I had not received. Next I got an email saying the status of my delivery had been changed to "refunded" - no explanation, such as product out of stock or discontinued. The same email stated the company was doing its best to get the delivery to me, and also bizarrely contained a message about covid restrictions which all ended a very long time ago. I then got the refund, followed by another request to review the product! Throughout this process I tried to call on the number on the website numerous times but there was just an unavailable message and no answer message facility.

Following an investigation into what happened with you order in this case, we we accept is below our usual high standards, We did try to contact you on several occasions, via text and e-mail, but received no response, therefore the decision was made to fully refund the items ordered. We just wanted to also make you aware that we did have a temporary issue with the telephone number on the website not connecting the call to our team (when the caller was using a mobile device) - this problem has been isolated and fixed.
In terms of the mixed communications (and inaccurate communications that you received relating to delivery and Covid restrictions), we have looked into why this happened and have reviewed and improved the messaging flow, as well as the review invite scheduling. Again we apologise for the ill-timed invite to review, which is automated and was sent clearly in error on this occasion.

Agree with others. They crack and leak. Just not robust enough. Thinking of changing - shame because I like the shape and battery.
