The items were delivered after 7 days and all the juices i ordered were expired so i had to throw them away anyways. Horrible experience

Outstanding Products, Unbelievable Customer Service
I purchased a Xeo Void from V2 in mid-March and it developed a fault in mid-May.
Spoke to Ruth about my predicament (I live in the US and was only in the UK to visit friends and family) and was absolutely gobsmacked with the customer service.
A replacement was sent to me which arrived next day.
Seriously, I have purchased products from V2 for a number of years and this is the first time I have had to call customer services. Their products are top notch and now I can honestly say this is surpassed by their customer service.

V2 is the most superb company. the staff so friendly, helpful and efficient answering their telephones immediately. Orders are sent often within a few hours of ordering and their vape flavours are without doubt the best.
