Selection good, Prices excellent, customer service very good till I was asked for more money just prior to shipping.

I bought inflatable and service was helpfull and fast, no problems, but then suddenly they ask 170€ more for shipping. I do understand they need to cover the actual cost and can't send anything losing all the margin to extra shipping. The actual problem and very annoying thing is that since I made my order as a company, I got invoiced a sum including shipping cost, so I kinda expected the seller to verify the actual cost before sending the invoice, not asking for more just prior to sending the ordered items.

Well I chose to find my own transport and pick up, problem solved.

Safe to order and pricing is good, just make sure you get the actual shipping cost when you order.

The site claims that shipping cost to Switzerland are 'including custom duties'. However, I recieved a bill from customs for import and local tax.

The buy wake customer support explains that what they mean is only the 'export' custom duties, responsibiltiy for the import is on customer side. I find that highly misleading, and also cnofusing given the extremely high shipping costs of 54 euro for an impact vest.

Do not recommend.

I had an excellent experience, ordered some wakesurf boards and Rick was very responsive in handling everything. Definitely recommend!

Overall happy with the product - I purchased 2 SUP boards a couple of months back. Arrived well, and were exactly as promised.

The only issue I had was that the website was not clear about the shipping fees. I live in Cyprus, so shipping is pretty expensive as it is (50EUR), and a couple of days after I purchased the 2 boards and paid shipping I was asked to pay an additional 50EUR for shipping (as it turns out shipping is charged per product and not per purchase). Would've loved to know this info prior to making the purchase in the 1st place...

Good website, easy efficient transaction. However their follow up support once the package was not delivered was poor!
