I recently invested in the highest tier service offered by this company, including the add on appointment setter, and an additional LinkedIn subscription, believing that their promises would deliver. I was told I should expect a quicker lead generation time than average because of my larger than normal LinkedIn following. Expecting a more rapid and substantial return on investment (ROI) based on the projections provided to me, I was sorely disappointed.

Over three months, I not only failed to see the results they guaranteed but received ZERO leads or prospects. ZERO. The lack of performance and absence of tangible benefits were highly concerning, and when I sought to address this issue, I encountered further disappointment.

Upon requesting a cancellation and a reasonable refund, I was met with resistance and an obvious reluctance to honor their commitments. They made attempts to retain my business without addressing the core issue: their failure to deliver on their promises.

I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering this company's services. It's disheartening to have invested time, effort, and significant financial resources into a service that yielded no positive results.

My experience has been marked by unmet expectations, wasted investment, and a lack of integrity on the company's part. I'm now in a worse situation than when I started, got taken for my money, no deliverables, no leads, and lost 3 months worth of time as well. Buyer, beware.

Do not do business with these guys! The product is good. But I wasn't using it enough, so I canceled - emailed and they confirmed that my account would be canceled. Then they charged me again and now they are giving me the "we can't find your payment" excuse even though I sent them a copy of the invoice/receipt that they sent me. Awful customer service. Stay far away.

I was unable (due to family illness) to use their and canceled on March 15. They acknowledged this cancelation on March 20... and then charged my card again on April 25. They have a 31 day written notice policy so I not only notified them in time but they agreed.

This is a spammy company that resorts to just charging and charging, even after you cancel. Credit card company informed, charge back on it's way!

I spent 1595 dollars and got 0 leads. They have a very amateur team at Buzz I could tell none of them knew what they were doing and most of their team is outsourced in Russia and take hours to reply. I would definitely stay clear of buzz!

Be careful when sharing your credit card number with Buzz as even if you do not use tool after the free trial, they keep charging $99 USD every month until you are woken up by your banking files.

I am refuting the review by the previous reviewer as I work for the 'Agency Partner' he is referring to.

Buzz.ai did not steal us, we left Newson.io because they failed to deliver any of the contracts we had with them. I independently contacted Buzz.ai and was in absolutely no way solicited by them.

The software is great if you actually use it correctly and in the 10 days we have been managing our campaigns we have been able to turn around all of the poor performance from our previous supplier.

They stole over 1000 clients and over $250,000 WORTH OF BUSINESS from us at Newson.io and our Agency Partners while White Labelling their software. Stay far away!! They will do the same to you.

Their platform is poor and is full of bugs and the contact your clients directly to work with them. They did this to us over a course of 2 years!!

We are taking legal action and taking this to social media and will make sure every business is warned not to work with Buzz.ai!

They are 2 scam artists - Mitch and Tristan who are still at large today.

Protect your business. Do not give them access to your client database.

The entire sales team at Buzz is amazing to work with. I no longer have to cold call prospects because of the tech Buzz has created.

Would highly recommend this product to anyone in sales.

Their sales team has no morals and didn't want to abide to what we agreed. We were not sure their automation would be good for our business, so we wanted a 1-month trial, but they only offered a 3-months one. So we agreed to test for 3 months. At the end of the period, they just billed us a renewal without a warning. We asked them to cancel on the very same day we received the charge, to which they replied "It's in our terms that you need 31 days notice to cancel". Even though we had agreed on a 3-months trial with no automatic extension, they seem to rely on the fine print of a contract to make money...
Buzz did not help us in the end. The same result (probably even better) could have been achieved manually. We don't like their solution for our company and don't want to use it. Yet, they're still trying to force us to stick with it.
Be careful with these guys... they're not thinking about you as a successful customer, but just another dollar in their account.

Prior to signing up with Buzz, I was warned by a current customer that they were all about selling their automated Linkedin and email outreach system and underdelivering on their service. Unfortunately, we tried them out and we had multiple problems with them sending hundreds of the wrong emails to prominent customers on an automated campaign. They didn't take responsibility for substantially hurting our reputation and our business. STAY AWAY.

Very happy with my experience with buzz. We have gotten so much new business.
