Absolutely everything - every individual element, every functionality. I'm not entirely certain what to highlight specifically - contacts (including smart lists!), discussions, processes, pipelines, websites, conversations (the central hub for all business communication), and so on.

BuzzLeads is absolutely amazing! It allows a small business to utilize one platform to: create a website, create landing pages, schedule clients, email clients, text clients, send broadcast emails and texts to contact list, track KPIs with new leads, create social media content 1 time to share on all social media platforms simultaneously, integrates with Google calendar, integrates with Stripe, integrates with Facebook for ads, integrates with Google My Business, integrates with Twilio, integrates with Mailgun, integrates with Shopify for an online store, creates triggers and workflows so when clients opt-in from a website page or landing page then they will automatically receive their next step. BuzzLeads is a gamechanger for website design, automation, and lead generation!

I love how easy and intuitive BuzzLeads is to use. The automated mailing list management makes it a breeze for our organisation and our clients' marketing departments to send out mass emails quickly. I'm also impressed with the advanced features, such as the ability to enter HTML code and custom fields, and the ability to view engagement scores to accurately identify true followers. Clearly collected campaign data also allows us to gain insight into email delivery performance and user engagement in applications such as remarketing plans! And let's not forget the ever-helpful customer service team who are always on hand to help when needed - making BuzzLeads a truly unique package!

BuzzLeads is a powerhouse of a CRM system. It has a huge variety of functionalities and is constantly improving and growing. Within the few years that I have been using it, they have rolled out comprehensive workflow features, a social media planner, website builder, and more. My favourite part is how easy it is to create, set up, and send out email/texting automations. We use BuzzLeads entirely for planning our webinars as well, from building the landing pages, to setting up workflows and email reminder automations, adding registrants to our pipelines, and advertising it via the social media planner. It easily integrates with Zapier so we are able to hook it up to our other platforms as well.

With all of the marketing tools one would need to market any business under one hood...with the ease of useability BuzzLeads has… Any business owner can leverage BuzzLeadsl to grow their business! I have built some great automations and workflows for my business!

Most all-in-one tools suck. That's not the case for BuzzLeads.
The platform allows you to create playbooks and recipes that can drive more sales opportunities. The development team is always looking to expand on functionality to make this a tool that grows with you.
