I have used the site for 5 years. My overall experience has been very good, and I have not felt a need to move to a different site. The price has not changed over this time. Overall the site is easy to use. The analytics are good, but they are not able to tell me where the downloads are coming from on any particular day or month. I can tell where the downloads are happening over all or for a specific episode, but not for a specific time period. Also, they don't tell me how much of an episode was listened to. (But that may not be possible if the episode is downloaded and not streamed.)

Buzzsprout works great for me. They are easy to use, great help files, and I enjoy the stats. Not sure what more I would want from them - I guess I would love to know gender and age of my listener, but that is not on them.

I feel the product is easy to navigate. I also like that you send out monthly newsletters with tips and tricks.

I love Buzzsprout as podcast host! Their website is so easy to use. They have a lot of features that make your work as a podcaster easier. They are always improving and developing. Their customer service is quick and very helpful! I have never had any unpleasant experience with them.

Was able to create a podcast for my first book and put it not only on Buzzsprout but other major podcast stations through Buzzsprout.

A great interface and simple set up makes it extremely easy to use

So far it has been a very easy to understand platform. I had a few questions and they emailed me very quickly. I would love to see them add a phone line for questions, but understand why they don't do that. But, they have been super helpful even just with the email option. It is quite easy to upload and understand how much time you have remaining for the month. Overall, great experience so far!

They are so professional and the reports each Monday are something I look forward to. Thanks for making this part of my work so easy.

I was thrown into the world of podcasting when our local radio station decided that it no longer needed local people. I decided to continue my radio show but in podcast form. However, I have no idea how to get started. Buzzsprout to the rescue! Getting started with the Wright Here, Right Now podcast was very easy and Buzzsprout did much of the heavy lifting in getting the podcast distributed. I could focus my attention on producing the podcast episode, upload it to the Buzzsprout site and then do some social media podcast promotion. Everything was much easier than I expected.
I would recommend Buzzsprout to anyone looking at getting into podcasting.

As a new and inexperienced podcaster, it was a little daunting working through all the options but in the end Hindenberg for creating and editing and Buzzsprout for hosting and publishing made it an easier journey. Thanks Buzzsprout for the great support from your team.

Buzzsprout is priced right. It's a great place for beginners to start podcasting. I found the training videos are on point and easy to understand. Sometimes when I felt off track or I was not quite reaching my audience or needed new ideas there's a training video for that. Their newsletters and reminder emails are extremely helpful too because they are filled with new ways of doing things. I enjoy using Buzzspout and will continue introducing it to others.

Since day one of launching our podcast, I have found the Buzzsprout's interface intuitive and publishing to be a breeze. I also appreciate the various educational tools that are available to position us to be more successful.
