Had a young man today to put an alarm on my car , he was so polite and credit to this company , every thing from booking to having the job done was extremely efficient, highly recommended.

Great service, felt welcome from the time I arrived to the time I left. Very happy with the work that was done and the run through of how to use the immobiliser.

I first came across BVS at a trade show during the same week my previous car was stolen. From the very first interaction, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
This is exactly how business should be — simple, stress-free, and genuinely supportive.
The work was carried out at a time that suited me, and I was given a full and thorough breakdown upon completion.

When you are in your hour of need, you have to have a leap of faith. My experience starts with waking up on Saturday morning to find that overnight my car had been stolen off my drive. Which fortunately ‘we’ found via a tracker shortly after. My wife put a post on local social media platforms to promote awareness. Apart from the usual sympathy/empathy replies, the political replies about Policing, funding, Governments etc…. the most useful reply was from a chap called Bill (Billy), who offered advice on temporary securing the vehicle throughout the weekend, and what could be a longer term proposition – Bill runs an established Vehicle Security Firm in Burnt Mills. He was not pushy, just thought provoking and genuinely concerned. I called Bill on Monday morning at 0800, and discussed the situation and the options, given the activities over the weekend, Bill suggested that he would look at their workload and get me booked in as a priority – and arrange to call me back shortly. The callback took place and I was booked in at their depot. Upon arrival I was greeted like an old friend rather than a new customer, Bill confirmed the process, introduced me to other members of the team and got me settled whilst my car was being dealt with.
The service was absolutely outstanding, clean, tidy and efficient, the technician, was thorough in the work and very patient, articulate and reassuring in answering my questions and providing a comprehensive overview of the solution, taking the time to ensure I had an understanding and was fully confident in the product/solution purchased.
Overall the feeling I got from the technicians (that I had exposure to) was that within BVS, there is a strong mutual respect between all employees/owners and this is evident in the way the team conducted themselves. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend others to use the services and I can only commend everyone on their commitment to family based values, high quality and attention to detail.
A personal thank you goes out to Bill, for the time and effort he donated on the Saturday morning to respond with the level of detail and advice offered during ‘Weekend Family Time’ without knowing he would get my business.

Was recommended to BVS from the sales guy at Fords after just purchasing a new MSRT Transit.
Ghost and high security locks fitted, Billy arranged the ply lining and himself, Leigh and the team done a fantastic job, all my mates are envious of the locking system as it’s state of the art. I didn’t want lock holes drilled all around the van, BVS had the perfect solution. Polite, courteous, and really careful with your vehicle.
Definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

Bill, leigh and the team were great with everything from start to finish! Responded to messages and calls straight away, was on time and done a perfect job! Highly reccomend to anyone looking to get security for their vehicle! Very reasonable prices compared to other companies that we had quotes from aswell!

After our car was stolen few years back I found Billy and his team online to fit out first device - it is a bit nerve wrecking to hand your keys to a strangers who just arrived at your property in unmarked car etc. but they did amazing job , since then they fit ghosts into out other cars we changed in last years and every time it’s amazing service . Great company, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had BVS fit an immobiliser/ tracker and reverse camera on my landrover. They were very accommodating with arranging a time for install around me. Very professional and knowledgeable. Fitted over 2 year ago and not once had a problem. I called for advice on security for another car some months ago and very happy to talk to me about my options. Would definitely recommend these guys for any security work.
