While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I've lost count of how many times I've…

I've lost count of how many times I've been sent survey requests by your company, only to be told after the first question that I don't qualify. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like a waste of my time. If this is a regular occurrence, it makes me seriously question the competence of whoever is in charge of your survey system. Either improve your targeting or stop sending these pointless requests.

Here is my honest review for BWG

Here is my honest review for BWG. Stay away from these guys at any cost.
They cold called to sign me up with them implying that my current marketing agency was doing a bad job on our SEO. I'm no marketing expert so I was sucked in.
Day after signing with BWG I quickly realised that my current agency don't even do SEO and only do Google ads and Facebook ads for us. I quickly notified them that it was an honest mistake and I don’t wish to go-ahead the very next day. At this stage they had done zero work and none of the website login details were passed on. To my surprise they claimed to have done 3 hours of work and preparing documentation and reports. When in actual fact that is the proposal that needs to be done to acquire new client's, so it makes no sense.

The settlement they want to offer is of 65% of the remaining term of the agreement to opt-out immediately, a total of $17,440.80+GST. Remember this is for ZERO work.
This just shows how they do business so save yourself the pain and don't engage with them.
